Unprofessional and rude. Came just for a fingerprint scan that I needed for my internship (and prepaid for online). When I walked in it seemed to irritate the lady at the front desk who now had to put away her laptop and stop scrolling on Facebook. Most awkward and uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a “business”. Would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! They don't care about anything except your money. They don't help you if your struggling on anything, they barley give you anytime actually driving there truck, and they don't put the customers first they always talk down to you and aren't encouraging at all.

I attended J&J and I had horrible experience. The course I had was for School Bus, Class B and my instructor would casully make racist jokes towards the black race and Haitians aswell very casually as if it wouldn't bother me. I used to wonder how can a place of buisness be so unprofessional? He took more cigarette smoke breaks then you can imagine during the services I paid for! He doesn't prepare you well for your road test and at times I felt that was done intentionally within the course time frame I paid for to learn. The CEO of J&J was a complete jerk! He made me go thru hell as if he was doing me a favor! I came from Boston paid for my services in return I got back horrible experience!

Teachers are good but they scam you big time because unemployment paid for the school for my class a but the school said that they only pay for 1 road test and 1 time for the permit test which was totally not true everything they tell you is false so that they get double money in there pocket don’t ever go to this school unless you want too pay unnecessary money

Called to get a consultation, was told that I needed to schedule an appointment, no problem. While scheduling the appointment it came across that the consultation was one on one, so I asked if it could be done by phone, you know to save gas, time, energy. The receptionist told me that it was required that I be there physically, I asked "why". She asked me o hold while she transferred me to someone who could explain the policies. A guy picked up the phone and screamed "YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME IF YOU DON'T WANT TO, THAT'S OUR POLICY, YOU DON'T QUESTION OUR POLICIES, EITHER YOU COME OR NOT!"... and then hung the phone up in my face. This place shouldn't be in business if this is how they treat potential customers!

Please do not give away your money!!! There’s a set up between the owner and The DPU officer to fail you on purpose for the first 2 road test attempted in order to pay the owner $ 500 for the last testing .Lastly, they make the road test appointment longer in a sense for the students to forget all the driving manœuvers .

Do not pay attention to these negative feedback comments. This school made it possible to get my CDL Class A. Course is more than sufficient to get your license. Both instructors, John the main instructor and Paul the other instructor are more than knowledgeable and experienced. Follow their instructions and you will accomplish your goal. The owner is more than fair and in my case, gave me the ability to take extra hours to accomplish my goal. I wouldn’t have needed extra hours if I had done what instructors had told me to begin with. With the help from J & J driving school, I have begun my new career. Thank you to all involved. Tony Menengas.

Similar experience here, I called to find out pricing information, they told me I had to set up an appointment which I did for 3 o’clock two days after the phone call ... when I walked in the door I was told to sit down in the waiting room. I had no idea if I was even in the right business because there is no signage at all, except for the other two companies this guy runs out of this building. After waiting for 10 minutes in the waiting room I stood up and said that I was going to leave because I didn’t have an open ended schedule for the day. The owner had me go into his office to ask me what the problem Was. I told him that I was just there to get pricing information and that my problem was that I can’t just sit in a waiting room until he’s ready to sales pitch me. He said “Sit down!”. I said “ya know what I’ll take my business elsewhere.” He replied “ get outta here you stupid fool!” . The girls in the office just smiled in amusement. This is a horrible excuse for a business.

Being a Honorable USMC veteran I have dealt with a lot situations and people. This is a horrible business and customer service is just as bad. After booking a class and paying money in advance. I called just to make sure the class was still happening because of a storm coming. No one knew what the hell was going on. I felt like ibwas getting the old reach around. I was told that I need to check their web for closings and I would be called back. So I need to pay and make th effort to see if they're conducting business with my money. I showed up for my class and no one was there. Took off work and drove a hour distance to a class paid for and no one called or showed up. Called the owner and after talking with him, I can understand the poor ratings and customer service. Direct reflection of leadership and do not recommend this school for anything. A waste of time and money.....

Racist and greedy. I got my classA from here in 2004. The same things that are being complained about now is the same complaints we had then. I can't believe they're still getting away with it. My instructor then got fired because he refused to take an African man for road practice. Instructor said he wasn't good enough but would not work with him either. "Hey not everyone is made out to drive trucks " is what he'd say. They took his money and set him up for failure. Only reason I'll give it 2 stars and not 1 is the new instructor after the 1st got fired was pretty good. Guess he didnt stay.
