I have been trying to get an appointment with this place for months, they don’t call back and they say they won’t give you an appointment without a referral but my doctor sent the referral over a month ago Once I get in, I will adjust the rating if it’s called for.

Good luck making an appt. for driving school. Called 6x over 4 days. No call back. Looking for another rehab. If there call back service is Abysmal, can imagine what the rest is.

WORSE PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE!!! I tried several times for over 6 months to schedule an appointment via phone and via email directly with the director of the program he assured me that I will get a call back and he never did, up to this day I continue to attempt to reach them being that they have my driving permit from PennDOT and unfortunately I can not go somewhere else until they fax my permit to another facility... they will not return my calls or emails, they never pick up the phone when you call, they have the worse customer service and are NOT well trained and educated to deal with a person that is struggling to live a normal and productive life after a traumatic brain injury. This place portraits in their website something that they definitely don’t provide. I WISH I COULD SPEAK DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. Clearly the director of the program does not care at all about the clients and is irresponsible enough to not return a phone call or email or even fax over my paperwork that I am entitled to get so I can get the services I need in a facility that is Really willing to help and do their job. Please don’t WASTE YOUR TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH TRYING TO CALL THIS PLACE! They simply don’t care about you!!
