Not a good place to take an IELTS exam. There is a need for more competent proctors. My hands were raised for almost a minute before she realized I needed more paper. And another 30 seconds to get a shaper pencil. For some reason, they cannot give you a bunch of papers or sharp pencil but only 2. If that's the case, then please pay attention when someone needs a pen or paper. In an exam, these 30 seconds are crucial. I think I was robbed of my time during the exam. The worst for me was she kept coming to my desk to tell me to write my name and lifted the paper I'm writing on, to see if I wrote my name. This was annoying and took some of my time, not to mention breaking my concentration every time. I would not advise taking your ielts exam over there. Not a pleasant experience for me. I love this place, I went back in 2006 to 2007 and have beautiful memories, my basic to English and little more was all done by the ELS, then life, school and experience to polish and still until now I learn everyday.
