If you're having difficulty in choosing a driving school, look no further this school is literally the best! My first time learning how to drive, I went to a different school and failed my test. At this driving school, Soma and Farrah were able to point out all of my mistakes, and showed me how to fix them. I have had numerous classes in the past with a different driving school and did not learn anything, however at signature driving school Farah and Soma took their time and thoroughly explained every step. Even the 5 hour class was interesting. Both Farah and Soma have been very professional and patient. Well, Well Well...where do I begin. First of all thank you to Ms. Farrah and her instructors for a wonderful experience getting my driver's license. Signature Driving School is absolutely everything that they advertise on their website. No one recommended me to this school, it was MY choice after browsing through many other websites. This was my number one choice because of their packages and services and of course all the wonderful reviews. The 5hr class was very interactive and not boring at all everyone had a good time and learned a lot. It's the personalities of these instructors and their ability to provide quality information/lessons in a unique way to their students that makes this driving school my recommendation to anyone reading this. While driving around Mr. Ali and Ms. Farrah never made me feel overwhelmed. If I made a mistake they would correct my mistake with a joke lol. It was always a fun experience driving with them. I didn't have lessons with Ms. Soma but I can tell she is just as great as these two. So, I took the 5 lesson pkg due to the fact that I drove little before and took my test 07/20/18 and passed on my first attempt. I am definitely recommending this school to everyone I know. I am so happy that I chose to go to Signature Driving School (SDS). This is the best driving school hands down. I did the 10 lesson package and it was worth every penny. Each instructor is great at teaching you how to operate a vehicle and showing you how to deal with surrounding traffic. They‘re really good at helping you with your nerves and doubts. They are also very honest and will give it to you straight. At the end of the day their main objective is for you to pass the road test and make sure that you know the rules of the road. I'm glad that I ended up coming to Signature Driving School to get my lessons for the driving test. I felt like I was always having some difficulties following my instructors' directions but after learning under Fara and Soma everything became a lot clearer. The tips they provide for parallel parking and u-turns are especially useful for when it comes to the road test. Additionally, though it took me a bit of time, I finally was able to grasp how to do my left and right turns; something that wasn't ever really explained to me well by others. I can tell that I'll still need to practice a bit more, but Signature Driving School definitely gave me the push I needed to succeed. Future drivers, just don't forget to stay calm and remember what these amazing instructors taught you during the road test. Additionally, don't forget that you need to put in the effort to learn what you need to learn to pass; make sure you put just as much work in as your instructors to learn. Honestly, taking my driving lessons with Signature Driving School was one of the best decision I’ve made. I was nervous to drive and I had a bad experience with a previous driving school, so I was a bit skeptical when looking for another school. I can now say that I passed my road test on my first try, thanks to Soma and Farah. They were everything I was looking for in a driving instructor. They were honest, punctual, patient, very helpful, and willing to teach and correct my driving mistakes. It made a world of a difference to drive with someone who made you feel confident with your driving skills, even when you weren’t confident in yourself. Before each lesson, Soma made sure that I was comfortable around the wheel before driving off. Also, she was willing to answer my driving concerns and teach me techniques along the way. I started driving with Signature Driving School a few months back with the 15 lesson package. It was my first time sitting in the driver's seat and I was so incredibly nervous. I relied solely on weekend lessons with them as I do not have access to a car otherwise. My instructor Soma made it her duty to calm my nerves before every lesson began. Somehow, she managed to make the task of driving a little less intimidating. She paid close attention to my errors and worked with me lesson after lesson on these things specifically. I also paid mind to how patient of an instructor she was with me as I usually had a whole week's gap between lessons. That's the difference between this driving school and any other driving school I hear about in my area. For all of my lessons, I typically had the same instructor that knew exactly what I had to correct, rather than starting again with someone new every time. On the day of my exam, I drove with Farah to my test spot and she was super helpful! She comes to you with years of experience, and is determined to teach her students WHY it's important to drive a certain way, as opposed to just dictating it. If you want to feel like you are learning from a friend/family member who genuinely wants to see you achieve your goal, i highly recommend Signature Driving School. They take great care of you and they give you a newfound confidence. I passed my road test on the first try and I owe it all to this school!!

Take Your Lessons With Signature Driving School! (Specifically Soma) No other driving school has helped me the way this one has. When I started my lessons with Soma (the best instructor in the Whole Wide World) I realized that I had never been taught properly in the past. She taught me the proper way to handle steering and all that good stuff. Within one week of lessons with Soma I was able to pass the road test (which I had already taken 3 times and failed for the same reasons). On the day of my test she kept my nerves calm. Signature Driving School is a great school for first-time drivers. Within 10 lessons I was able to confidently drive on the road and pass my road test. For a first-time driver who has never been in a car before the instructor was patient and explained the parts of the vehicle: the accelerator, brakes, the turn signals, the mirrors, and the gear shift (PRNDL). The Instructor guides you all along the way and takes the stress out of driving, explaining street signs and the rules of the road. When it got closer to Test Day, the instructor rearranged her schedule to better prepare me for the Test. I would recommend the Signature Driving School to everyone who wants to drive.

Signature Driving School is an amazing school I would recommend anyone that is looking into getting their license. My instructor Farah is terrific. She is knowledgeable, friendly and mellow. That first day got me very comfortable behind the wheel, prepared me for what I needed to know, and kept me from developing bad habits. Farah always keeps an eye on what you're doing, always calls it when you mess up, and is always looking ahead for things you'll need to know. When explaining why a certain action or situation can be ill-advised or dangerous, she really makes you understand how your driving affects other people on the road. You can see the larger picture, not just whatever is out the front window. Farah also understands exactly what the driving test entails, what the examiner will be looking for and why these things are important. This prepares you for both the test and for actual daily driving. I passed the first time with only 5 (out of 30 permissible) points off. I am incredibly grateful to have gone to Signature Driving School.

I chose this driving school based on Google reviews and could not have been more happy with my choice. For years I refused to learn how to drive because of the fear I had from being in an accident a few years back. Thanks to both Farah and Soma, I was able to pass my driving test on the first try!! These ladies taught me every single thing that I needed to know in order to pass the test and to be a safe driver in the future. Instead of yelling at me every time I made a mistake, they treated me with respect and explained/showed me how to correct those mistakes. Even though I already passed the test, I'll be taking one or two highway lessons with them because I know they'll teach me the correct way and I'll be in good hands. Ali and Soma are the best instructors ever! With Ali you have to be ready to learn. He’s a little bit strict but he will teach you good techniques. Soma is more relaxed and makes you feel confident. I highly recommend Signature Driving School! This being my first time behind the wheel, with the help of Ally, Soma, and mostly Farrah my experience was very simple, knowledgeable, and comfortable. They explained the rules of the road in depth and gave the simplest techniques to help me. Based on my own experience, Signature Driving School was great! Especially learning from Farah. Honestly, she is a great driving instructor. I will definitely recommend her to others. This driving school wasther best... my instructor was Soma and she made me feel so comfortable. She talks you through everything and speaks to you as a friend. I didn't feel like I was even in a lesson at times! Lol. She's also honest with you and pays attention to what you need to work on. The last driving school I went to I failed the driving class and this one I passed with no problem. I also took my 5 hr class with them and Farah actually makes sure we understand instead of us sitting in a 5 hr class just watching a boriiiiiing video. I took 5 hour driving class with Signature driving school though I was a beginner. Farah is a professional instructor and very patient. Even though my friend had tried to teach me how to drive I didn't feel confident on the road. At signature driving school I learned how to drive right and after couple of lessons I felt a lot more confident on the road. I passed the test easily from the first attempt. The major plus was that the last 2 lessons their gave me right before the test so that I had all knowledge fresh. I highly recommend this school to anyone.

They have a very good 5 hour class, it ain't about seeing no 5 hour video, the class was honestly a fun discussion. I took the 5-hours class and it was actually 5 hours of very useful, interesting class. I really enjoyed the class with interactive, active participation from the students, videos and practical exercises during the class. So, the 5 hours passed quickly without being bored at all. I took the package that included 5 driving lessons. I am thankful to Fatah, having her as my instructor, helped me largely and prepared for the road test. She is strict, showing in person important concepts in the road, highlighting different types of traffic signals, all for preparing me to be an observed, careful, and good driver. Farrah is an amazing driver instructor and she is extremely passionate about what she is doing. I did not really know anything about driving and taking lessons with her was one of the best experience. She teaches you tricks and she is always joking, therefore you do not feel afraid. I took 10 lessons with Farrah and passed my road test on February 17th, 2016. She always tries to work around your schedule and trust me you will never be let down having Farrah as an instructor. Just follow what she tells you and practice a little on your own. You can not go wrong here and plus this is probably the cheapest driving school you will find. She will help you improve in all aspect and if she knows you are not ready for the road test she will let you know. Farah is a very patient instructor and works around your schedule especially if your in school. I would recommend this driving school for first time drivers because they make you less nervous once your comfortable with the wheel. If you really want to pass your road test take extra lessons and practice on your own. I practiced on my own on the road test site to let me get more comfortable especially turning from the intersection by making a left turn on the curve with out touching the bicycle lane. I didn't pass on my first try because I was nervous but my second my time around I didn't let the dmv instructor make me nervous I remained focused and passed.

I come from a family who do not drive, period! I was worried if I could pass the driving test with only 10 lessons. All the worries went away and I passed my test on the 1st try! This is a great Driving School I am certainly recommending this driving school to everyone. Very happy with this company. The 5 hour class was interactive and informative which was done by the owner, it's unlike the other schools around who basically just let you look at videos. Btw don't plan to use your cellphone during the class cause she won't hesitate to embarrass you lol. ***I want to add this piece as a response to the owner. I am a woman, not a man. I'm new to the neighborhood and don't know anyone else here. I see this is a trend whenever they get a bad review to make false claims to negate the review. I did not take more than 2 lessons with this school and the other two were cancelled. I still have all the texts, receipts and paperwork as proof of everything. I never took the test with this school, I took it later with AD Driving School. I left the review on yelp also and was contacted by at least 3 other students who has similar complaints or worse. One girl said Soma was so upset by her negative reviews that she started calling her and harrassing her to remove it. Even posting nasty things on fb about her. All 3 complained about Farah being on the phone while teaching, which seems to be true since she runs the school on her phone. The "school" is a joke. I'm trying to get the girl who was threatened and harass not to get so scared and report them to authorities. They really shouldn't be running a school. I have more proof if anyone wants to contact me directly. I attached only a few examples of the frustrating communication, the forgetting of lessons already scheduled, the non-responsiveness for lessons no one showed up for. The address they provided is a dance school they just use for th 5 hour class and for storage. Not an actual office, because you won't find them there otherwise. Original Review: I signed up for this school with a package. My first lesson wasn't bad. The woman, Soma I believe, was friendly and reassuring. I just didn't feel like I drove much. The second lesson was with a gentleman who spoke in Trini slang and really fast. I could not understand most of his instructions and he was getting really frustrated with me. I did feel like I drove more with him and so was getting better, but I couldn't wait to get out of the car because I was uncomfortable. My biggest annoyance with the school is there's no actual physical office and there's a lack of professionalism. First off, the 5-hour class they were completely unprepared for. They had to keep going back and forth to find materials and get things working. Their whole class was dependent on participation. If she has a quiet group it would take longer because she would literally pause there until someone says something. The class itself had to be put on hold a couple of times while Farah had to go look for something or set something up. It was a disaster. The second issue, every time I tried to book lessons in advance Farah would just confirm for a day or two in the future and ignore the other dates I laid out. It would've been more helpful for me to schedule a few lessons in advance instead of having to wait until 2 days before and her telling me the date is booked. Additionally, I'm not sure how they keep track of appointments because she rescheduled me without telling me once and the other time no one ever showed up. I was only able to get 2 lessons from them. After a lengthy exchange over text where I finally was able to get her to address my concerns, she admitted they cannot schedule in advance and that she had me in her calendar incorrectly after previously confirming appointments. I really just think she does 2 or so days in advance because she keeps track of everything on her phone calendar which would explain the issues. I just asked for a refund at that point because I didn't think it was going to work out. I would never get through my lessons at that rate. I will give her this, she immediately agreed to the refund and mailed the check promptly. I don't think its a bad operation, but its definitely not for everyone. If you prefer more organization and need to plan I wouldn't pick this school. If you're more laid-back or go with the flow this school may work for you. I work a lot so I need to be able to schedule these at least a week in advance. The weekday lessons weren't available when I got home from work and weekends usually booked up quickly, so it was virtually impossible to get scheduled.

Signed my son up to take driving lessons with Signature. From the onset it was a pleasure dealing with this driving school. Farah was very professional in all of her dealings, she laid out in details from the get go so that there were no surprises. I knew which package I was taking and what the cost was. First day of driving lesson, Mr. Ali shows up at my doorstep, he turns out to be such a gentleman. He went out of his way to put my son at ease and speak to him in a very fatherly way. Amazing is an understatement, Soma and Farrah are genuinely phenomenal driving instructors. There are many people who struggle who have licenses but the instructors at this school make sure to explain techniques that will make you a better driver and spare you a lot of heartache (as well as embarrassment and tickets) even after you get your license. I got 10 lessons and got my license yesterday on my first try (keep in mind prior to taking lessons here I had 0 driving experience). Anyone looking to get a drivers license I recommend that they come to this driving school. Here, I was not only taught how to drive, I was also taught how to be a confident driver thanks to the constant encouragement and critiques I received in my lessons. Being someone who has never driven before my nerves were a mess....When calling this business I spoke to Farrah who scheduled me for a lesson the very next day. The next morning I was picked up by Soma....Now please believe me when I say Soma is by FAR the best instructor on the plant earth. She remains calm even when you freak out and boy oh boy did I freak out.....she didn’t rush you she took her time and treats you with the respect you deserve ! Towards the end of my lessons I drove with Farrah....Farrah is like the mother who will not sugar coat when you are wrong so much to the point where you have no choice but to get it right....she is a very well experienced and great instructor. During my time with signature driving school I learned not only how to drive for myself but also for others ! Soma made it here business to be there with me the day of my road test to give me words of encouragement before I took my test and even tho Farrah wasn’t there I spoke to her before I hit the road !
