I purchased this course online from Groupon for a discounted price of $16. I needed a defensive driving course for my TLC Drivers license. Taking this course was very easy. It will take you roughly 6 hours. There were a few modules where you simply read and watch very short videos, after the module you would take a quiz. Now there were a few quizzes but they were all 4 questions and you had to get 3/4 correct to pass the module. You would have two attempts of taking the quiz and if you did not pass i believe you would have to redo the module. This was very easy and i do recommend it. They also ask you a few questions while you are taking to course to verify your identity. one thing that was a little frustrating was that it would appear very small and would many times be very hard to notice, but other than that i enjoyed this course and actually did learn a few things.

I took this class online for the purpose of insurance rate reduction. It was terrible!! I took one a couple years ago that wasn't as bad as this. This one is a strictly timed reading course but that's not the worst of it. The worst is the constant pop up verifications that need to be completed in under 60 seconds. Not only are there pop up questions but also call in questions. You must call this number using the phone you registered the class with and answer a question, within 60 seconds. The verifications are random and often. If you fail a verification you are locked out of the course and have to contact their office to continue with the course. Ridiculous!! What's the point. Truly annoying. I will never do this course again with them!!!!

I bought a groupon to get this at a discounted rate. It was between this and the one they offer at AAA, but only if you're a member. It's pretty easy, you can do it all in one setting. They tell you it can be up to 4 points off your license, though I believe it's at most 3. I could be wrong. I hope I am wrong. I will see how they send the course to the DMV.

Recently I took a driver improvement course and I found it informative. I am retired from this industry but have no affiliation but I can say the course was worth my time. Also I am getting an insurance discount!
