Two days before the test, I had one lesson (90 minutes) with Jojo in Astoria. She trained me in all the test techniques. I passed the test, which lasted only seven minutes. I highly recommend Ferrari as a driving school and Jojo as a trainer.

I decided to get a few lessons since receiving my drivers license 5 years ago via a different driving school because of some bad experiences whilst attending Ferrari. Long story short, Arelis answered the phone. She went above and beyond in assisting me with setting up a five additional lessons as well as the defensive driving course. She not only listened to my complaints regarding the previous issues I had with men in particular from the company but scheduled my appointments with 3 female teachers and 1 male. I had the first of my five lesson with JOJO who is fantastic. After finishing my initial lesson Arelis called me to ask if I was satisfied with my teacher's instructions as well as inquiring about my overall experience and comfort level. Arelis is a gem and made this process such a pleasurable experience. If you had a bad experience in the past with ferrari driving school, then please ask for Arelis. She's a true professional. Thank you so much for everything Arelis.

I just passed my road test yesterday and it is all because of my driving instructor Alfredo. He made the experience of learning to drive enjoyable. He helped me relax on the road and gained confidence in my own abilities as a driver. With his help I managed to pass my drivers license exam on my first try!!!!! He was amazing!!! I recommend anybody who feels they are too nervous or scared to drive to learn with Alfredo. He’s very patient, funny and a caring person. Laura F. Was very sweet & specific on what I needed to work on. She explains why you can't make certain turns. When & why you should use your turn signal, especially for tricky situations. Explained everything I needed to know right up to the last minute before the road test. She even has some YouTube videos for the road test, general driving & parallel parking. So sweet, so professional. I Definitely recommend her.

Who just deceive you to buy the most expensive package so when you cancel they can keep 10% of the package. Never ever recommend this school to anyone. If you read this review do not take this school or recommend it to anyone. If you do you will regret.

From booking with James, who was so helpful and friendly as well as general interactions wth the office that I had, they were so professional. Jim, who did the 5 hour class was funny, helpful and informative. The real and absolute star has to be Laura, the absolute best instructor. From day 1, she was kind, patient, funny, pointed out what I was doing wrong professionally and recommended areas to work on and encouraged me when I did it right! If you are serious about passing your road test, ask for Laura. In my opinion, even though I did the work, Laura wad a huge part of it and I'm grateful to her for that. Thank you!

First instructor was with Robin....do not take any classes with her unless you like to be screamed at or you are a perfect driver. Honestly as soon as my first class was over I was ready to call the office and cancel my whole package. But I decided to look at the google reviews and saw the instructor Laura was highly recommend. I called complain about Robin and choose Laura for my next class....BEST INSTRUCTOR OUT THERE! Thanks to her I passed my road test on my first try.

My experience was a great one. Thanks to Melissa Sotto i passed my road test on the first try and all the odds were against me. She told me from the first day she was going to put me with one of her best instructors in the Bronx and she did his name is Edwin. Melissa was not lying Edwin is very passionate when it comes to driving trucks and when it comes to teaching he wants u 2 pass your road test on the first try and he shows that with his actions. I would love to thank MELISSA SOTTO and EDWIN instructor from the bronx for helping my accomplish one of my dreams and push me 2 doing my best so i can start my career. If you go to the Queen's location in Steinway ask for Melissa Sotto you would regret if u go to anyone else. She is very smart, great at her job, and passionate about what she does.

Let me , personally share my worth experience I ever had in my life with you people , first of all if you are looking to get a CDL class A the government will not pay for it what they say it’s all lie they laying because they want you to attend the open house and then they will tell you sorry but the class A is not covered by federal or city programs I spent 3 hours there in the basement with no air conditioner not a honest people !!!!

I took the 5 hr class with Tony as the instructor. The classroom is in the basement of the building. The air conditioning in the classroom was not working well, and everyone was melting during the whole 5 hours. The school is decked out, latest smart-board technology and the employees have race car style seats that they sit on. But they don't invest their money on fixing the AC. I prepaid on the phone, the 5 hour class costs $40 over the phone but $50 in person. $40 to sit in a sweltering class for 5 hours was not worth it but I needed to get my certificate.

They will keep asking for more and more money, be sure to have a bui wallet for this. I showed up on my road test and forgot my 5hr paper. I talked to the instructor told him to wait I'm going to go get it. I called the office multiple times to let the instructor I was on way. They said yeah I should be fine, told them to call the instructor and he wasnt picking up. Long story short 140$ later the instructor was not there. Then they had the audacity to say oh but you can reschedule for 100$

Their staff is outstanding and very professional. My instructor was Laura F, she is an amazing instructor that will really take her time to help you improve your driving not only for the road test but for the rest of your driving experience. If you plan on taking some lesson at Ferrari I truly recommend her. The instructor that took me to the road test side was Robin M. With only a 45 minutes practice lesson before the road test, I was able to tell that she is also an outstanding instructor. Thank you Ferrari Driving School for your great service and great staff.

Horible school stay a way bunch of thieves. teachers miss lead you, training u on many different busses and during road test most likely u will have a rigged bus where u will leak air during break leak test force fail to get more classes better off going to a different school and deal with honest people and a lot less cheaper and if all people don’t show to class they will cut ur hours short

I initiallt enrolled for 5 classes but eventually upgraded to 10 as per his recommendation which i believed helped with my confidence. Its a bit pricey compared to other driving schools but hey, its worth it.

This school is great, I went for my Class A license. There was a safe driving consultant her name is Ariela who helped me from the start. She was the most helpful customer care person I’ve ever dealt with. She walked me through it step by step and even gave me a courtesy call after my test to congratulate me. I received my class A in one month time. I highly recommend this school for you driving classes.

I recommend either Laura or Linda. I had private lessons with Laura and took drivers ed with Linda and they're amazing instructors and make sure you feel comfortable while driving. Laura even has her own YouTube channel to help you. They're very clear when they explain things and they make sure that you're prepared for your road test!

I had Laura as my instructor and I passed in my first try. I had zero driving experience before, but she made me feel comfortable behind the wheel and explained everything in detail. She is so patient and doesn't let you feel nervous. I definitely recommend Laura, especially if you have no driving experience.

I've had been to a few driving schools over prices and not professional trainers. I'm from the Bronx and for me to go all the way to Queen to be trained by Laura speaks volumes... I can't believe I'm saying this but I have finally gotten my license after two failed attempts at 16 and one at 26 and it's all thanks to my incredible driving instructor Laura. She goes above and beyond in everything she does, not only does she do an amazing job at teaching you how to drive but she gives you links to her YouTube page with all her driving tutorials! She gave me the confidence I needed to take on the test. On my first lesson she told "let's get that license" and that's what I did. Thank you again Laura! You are God sent.

I call the day I get my wallet stolen. I ask if I can take my road test which was scheduled following day Without my permit . An employee that works there says that the manager will call me in the morning. The manager calls me and I miss the call. I call back and hear the manager call her employee “Retarded” and some other bad mouthed words. I call a second time to only get placed on hold after I told the receptionist, How I heard the manager calling her employee names. I get hung up on not once but five times. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother coming here. There is always some fees and let’s just say you’re dying on your death bed and need to reschedule a class. They would never do it because they are scheme artists. I have no idea how they have a 4.3 rating. Unprofessional, money hungry, terrible service, and all the things that would make us hard working people very upset.

The first instructor I had wasn’t quite the right fit for me, so Ferrari set me up with Laura and I couldn’t be happier. Laura is thorough, attentive, patient, and even has a YouTube channel (Laura The Driving Coach) to help you learn some basics. Laura is simply the best! One tip: I wasn’t aware at first that they sell one 90-min lesson as two 45-min sessions back to back, so their “10 Lesson” package, was really 5 lessons. I think the literature they provide explains it better but I was quoted over the phone. Other than that, I had a great experience. I like that their system is modern with text alerts and everything done very easily over the phone or online.

I passed my road test on the first try last week after a few months of taking driving lessons. My instructor was Miriam. She did not waste any time when we took lessons and made sure I practiced everything I needed to work on until I perfected it. She’s an awesome instructor. I honestly miss her now that I got my drivers license and will probably go back and take some highway lessons with her. She made me feel very comfortable. Almost like being with a family member. I find Automatic cars are too easy to drive. As a frequent visitor to England as well, I thought it would be a good idea to get some lessons driving a manual car. The instructor was extremely hyper but also helpful in pointing out my mistakes and giving good tips. The car was a decent Volkswagen Jetta, but the clutch felt understandably worn out. Would have been better If I'd gotten past 3rd gear, but can't really complain as there aren't many places in the United States, let alone NY to learn how to drive a manual car...

Very nice staff. The only reason I removed a star here is because I found out that they schedule you to a later road test as a strategy to get you to take more classes. If I would have known I would have scheduled the road test on my own and then came here for classes. Other than that the staff is friendly and a special thanks to Oz the manager who really is caring about his customers passing their tests. I had an issue with drivers at one of his locations and he immediately addressed it, analyzed my situation after collecting information from me and came up with a plan that was extremely affordable than accommodating for me. If it wasn't for Oz and the instructor Gerard that he assigned me, I wouldn't have passed the road test for my class B license on my first try.

Horrible school, horrible management. The only thing I will give them is their flexibility. I initially took one lesson with Robin, who was nice. I was scheduled for one more lesson, and a road test (which I ONLY would've used their car), but ended up canceling them two weeks prior. I scheduled my own road test, without them months in advance prior to enrolling in their school. I show up to my road test today, sit there for approx 45 minutes before the inspector tells me that Ferrari canceled my road test. This was my last chance to take my road test before I go away to school. So not only did they waste my time, money and effort but they had the audacity to not give me a refund. They're schemers and don't have the best intentions when it comes to their students. I will take this up with my bank. :)
