I contracted with Citi Driving for a @5 lessons for my daughter to just teach her what she needed to know to pass the test. She knew how to drive as she took lessons in another state, but she just needed additional pointers to pass the test in NYC. I paid several hundred dollars for this service. However, the instructor did not do as I asked but instead just had her drive up and down Manhattan, do one practice park, and did not give her any additional pointers. Naturally she failed the test. I then contracted with another driving school on Staten Island, same number of lessons at a cheaper price, and the instructor did as I asked. She passed. The only reason why I'm even giving Citi Driving 2 stars is because she took the class with them and that seemed to be fine. Just don't rely on them for actual driving instruction.

Horrible experience here. 5 hour class was not informative at all. 3 hrs I was just shown news clips warning about different kinds of hazerdous driving (the same sort of clips that are on the news almost every day), and the next 2 hours the man dragged out very simple instructions and repeated himself on information that could have been summed up in no more than 15 minutes-- not an exaggeration at all. When it came time for my lessons and road test I found Citi Driving to be incredibly disorganized as they scheduled one of my lessons on a date which I wasn't even in the city when I had already made a point of scheduling my lessons for different days ahead of time. The instructor I was assigned, Perry, seemed to have a loose grasp on the English language and was practically unintelligible over the phone. They do not make clear the materials you need to bring with you to the lessons or road test and they do not do a good job of keeping in touch regularly. I would not recommend this school to anyone looking to learn how to drive or anyone who can drive that would like a manegable and expedient experience gettin their liscence. This place is a joke so only come if you're willing to get your time wasted.

Took my 5hour of Pre-licensing course here and two weeks later passed the Road Test successfully with a great instructor ! I strongly recommend this Driving School !

Strongly recommend this school. My instructor, Perry is DMV certified for over 20 years. Patient and has excellent driving techniques. Pass my roadtest today with perfect score. My parallel parking was perfect. 5 hours classroom is clean and class was informative. Office staff guided me step by step on what documents to bring for my learner's permit test, 5 hour class to passing road test in Bronx. Our family of 2 generations have been taking lessons from this school and we all passed. This is the school to call if you want to ensure that you understand all traffic rules and safety. Well done Citi Driving School!

Turned up at 9am the morning for my road test to be told that the car was suffering technical problems and was sent home, with no other car available for my 11am road test. 5 hour class was reasonably good, comfortable. Driving school is also very expensive, went with a different school for over $100 less.

such an unorganized school. EMPLOYED here for 6 months here and would highly suggest not spending money on this company unless you dont mind rescheduling a thousand times. This school really has taken advantage of people many times.. smh

I walked in to buy two hrs high way lesson.. on June14, 2018.. while focusing on his smartphone a guy told me we don't have class now come back in July..
