These guys are great!! My mom learned first and then years later she sent me here. The instructors care and by the time you finish here you’ll be confident in your driving. Passed my test the first time around. Special thanks to my instructor Billy!! & Neil the owner for being kind.

This driving school is really the best although I have anxiety really bad it was hard for me to be comfortable driving. My driving instructor was billy he’s not really good mix with my anxiety but he was okay I really learned a lot. Today was my road test and guess what guys I passed first time I’m so exited if you never drove before this school is the one for you I promise.

This driving school might be affordable but they try to fool their paying customers. They don't specify the changes in their policy. They also try to take money behind your back and then don't take responsibility for their trickery actions. The main person that always answers the phone is very unprofessional and rude. He was not cooperative at all and does not like to compromise with anyone. I will say that the driving instructors are very cautious and great at teaching new beginners. Other than that, I do not recommend this place for people who are looking for a trustworthy business, communication, and the bang of your buck.

Hello All, This driving school is truly amazing. I had experience with another that was just unprofessional and truly uncaring but these guys are awesome. I had the pleasure of having a lesson with Neal and Fred, Both amazing gentlemen. Very friendly but very honest so you will get the best learning experience driving with them. My only regret is not needing more lessons because I was a pretty good driver so I didn't get to spend more time with them, I kinda want to stop by just to hang out. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!! CHOOSE AMERICAN DRIVING SCHOOL. THANK ME LATER!!!! Oh and I passed on the first trip :)

The cars they use are horrible!!! And smelled really bad too.. I gaged every time I got into his car. The instructor just sits there and says nothing. Anytime I had a question about something he would just rush the answer and look the other way. Guess he knew I was going to fail the road test. I do not recommend there service at all!!

This is by far the best driving school in Yonkers and possibly all of Westchester. Their packages was really affordable compared to others. My driving instructor Billy was very patient with me and very understanding throughout all my lessons. He taught me a lot of techniques that was very helpful during my road test. I passed my road test on my first attempt thanks to the people at American Auto Driving School. The whole team is very professional and excellent at their job. They make sure you have all the tools you need to pass the road test. They also work around my schedule which was really great for me. Neil is a great owner, and on the day of my road test he actually took me there and I had an extra hour of practice before my actual road test. Billy was a really great instructor and will highly recommend him to anyone trying to get their license. Denise was also really great. She taught my 5 hour pre-licensing course. I will highly recommend American Auto Driving School to anyone who’s looking to get their license.

One of the best and most affordable driving schools in yonkers. My instructor billy was very kind and took his time teaching me all the techniques for the road test. I recommend this place 100%. I passed the Road Test on my first try.

Best driving school in Yonkers hands down I WOULD RECOMMEND BILLY FOR ANYONE I’ve only taken about 13 lessons and passed my first try on the road test sometimes it may seem annoying but the only reason he’s pushing you is to pass and trust me you will AND VERY AFFORDABLE ! Highly recommend

This Driving School is the best yet. After calling some nearby schools I found American Auto and immediately I was amazed at the fees, flexibility and beautiful people working there. The owner Neil, is an individual who is hands on within the company and has been running for over 20 years. I met with him to pay my money ahead of time and unlike so many other schools, Neil assured me that I did not have to pre pay for my services and to give it the day of the test instead. He was really genuine and passionate about the business and gabe me a little background of the history. They also offer Drivers Ed in another location which is great. My Instructor Billy was very understanding and patient while at the same time making sure i mastered everything required to pass the test. Finally, I am proud to say I am a proud holder of a " NYS Drivers License" which i obtained today thanks to my instructor Billy who prepared me within an hour of my actual test. I suggest anyone looking to get there license begin in advance with taking the necessary class as this can only help you to be a little more calm and prepared on test day. I lucked out with finding this company and I recommend anyone give it a try over any other schools in the Westchester area. Might I add they are the cheapest but the quality of service rendered greatly surpasses the amount you will pay. YOU GUYS ROCK. BEST BUSINESS EVER!!

Had my first lesson with Mark today and i let him know that i have previously taken lessons in other driving schools but my anxiety got so bad that i stopped going. I felt at ease almost instantly and feel confident that this time i will pass! I look forward to the next 9 lessons with him. Thanks American Auto Driving School.
