The office staff is amazing and very helpful ,was alittle confused with a previous review saying that the office staff was rude ,my thought is that they are very busy driving school and they can’t explain everything possible option, but they do have Great Web site that has all the packages and prices on it, so that would be a great place to start.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Spoke to someone name Jerry ! Worst attitude , rude ! Stated she was the owner of EDS. Couldn't believe the way she spoke to customers. I should have took a look at the reviews before calling !! Never use them they are very arrogant and plain not nice people to talk too!! I will make sure anyone I know never , ever uses EDS. BAD PEOPLE.

My son had to take the driving road test twice. The second time he insisted on using George again. He was so nervous as he walked out the door! George was awesome. He’s timely, patient, kind, encouraging and truly wants each child to succeed. I can’t thank him enough... he truly calmed my son and gave him the confidence to believe he could pass. And he did! Edison Driving School was the first driving school I went to because of their reviews. Even after my 6 hours, I struggled to make proper turns and parallel park and my instructor failed to help me. During one of the sessions, he parked into Walgreens to pick up medicine and food which is so unprofessional. Wasting my time and using up the time I PAID just for his convenience. Every time he said something he would tell me to say “okay” and he was rude. This is not how you speak to a student who is learning and struggling. Not everyone can multitask while behind the wheel. He failed to teach me the basics of driving and of course I would have NOT passed my driving test. He didn’t have any tips to offer while driving he was just sitting there and telling me where to go. This is when I found out about All Town Driving School and they helped tremendously in improving my driving skills. They helped me get ready for my driving test within two weeks. Go to All Town Driving School, trust me, they know how to teach students and they care. They have more experience and tips & tricks than Edison Driving School or any school for that matter.

I am the parent of a teenage son who is on the autistic spectrum. We were specifically referred to the Edison Driving School. Joe (the owner) was our teacher and he worked incredibly hard for our son to succeed. Our son passed his road test and we are very, very grateful. Edison Driving School was very accommodating and flexible in doing everything it could to maximize success for our son. Thank you Joe -- you are the best!

the actual driving experience was good, joe was a great teacher , but they screwed me over though. never gave me an “emergency number” the lady on the phone was rude. telling me an available time then changing it to next month... customer service is not good here. the teaching is amazing but overall not happy with this experience

George was my instructor, he was honestly AMAZING. I passed because of the confidence he had in me. However, the receptionist that answer the phone in terms of scheduling are very rude, unhelpful. Horrible customer service. They do not care about you as a person who is obviously lost in what to do, don’t go over every package in detail. I hated the customer service provided by them, absolutely disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience with Edison driving School,I called other driving School and when they did answer the phone it was very hard to understand most of them. Edison was a little more expensive but they are worth the extra money, the most important thing is that the instructor was awesome ,he made my child feel so comfortable and confident. Michael Fischer is the best driving instructor hands down! I have never met anyone with more patience and care for his students than Mike. He really helped me learn the basics of driving with his immediate and positive feedback. He made me feel confortable behind the wheel as a new driver, and helped me pass my test! He genuinely cares for his students and will do his best to make sure you leave more confident in your skills as a new driver. I highly recommend Edison Driving School, and instructor Micheal Fischer to new drivers or anyone who just wants to brush up on their skills. : )
