Had my first road lesson there in October. first off it was just unprofessional. the man i had called me and just said “come outside” ???! i get in the car and all the lights are on on the dashboard... and the floor mat was stuck under the break so i go to move it and the guy i had began yelling at me telling me to leave it and that it’s “not even a big deal” The man i had made me super uncomfortable & would barely let me drive. I’ve been driving for almost two years with my permit just never had the money for road lessons i was so excited to start since i’m the only person without my license. he kept touching anytime i did something he didn’t like. like a soft slap on my arm repeatedly. road the breaks the entire time i didn’t go over 15mph. cut my lesson short by 15 - 20 minutes. yelled the entire time. made rude comments the entire time. didn’t help me whatsoever would just slam on the breaks and say “parallel park” and when i did it and realized it wasn’t as good as it could be i went to correct it. he yelled and said “what are you doing” and anytime i did something he would just say “good enough”. Just a total waste of money. i held off on writing a review but my parents just really wanted me to say something i don’t want to cause conflict but i just want other people to know.

Amazing, knowledgable and very patient instructors! Back in 2014, I had paid for the full $400 package in Newton and once I had my first driving class there I felt so discouraged, the instructor wasn't helpful at all and was actually rude which made me nervous and feel awful about my skills. It took me 4 years to finally try it once again, my plan was to do 1-3 classes at this school and use the package I paid for in Newton but as soon as I scheduled my first class I decided to do the whole 9-10 classes here and I'm glad I did it. I enjoyed every class and feel very confident with my driving, after 9 classes (never drove before, just 1-2 with my parents) I passed my road test on the first try!! I had Jose, Bunrith and Jorge (all were funny, enjoyable to talk to, encouraging and very knowledgeable instructors) and learned a lot from all of them, I recommend trying all the instructors so you can learn a different style from each!!

If you want to pass your test come here they are extremely patient people and love to teach people. Jorge taught my mom how to drive, my mom did not speak much English, so we looked for a Spanish speaker to help her, not only he spoke clear Spanish to help her but also tried his best to speak Portuguese ( her primary language ) to help her even more. He taught her how to drive and also helped building her confidence to be a better driver. Two days ago she passed her driving test and we are very very thankful to him. We strongly recommend him to everyone! Jorge enseñó a mi mamá cómo conducir, mi mamá no hablaba mucho inglés, así que buscamos un hablante de español para ayudarla, no sólo habló claro español para ayudarla, sino también trató de su mejor para hablar portugués (su idioma principal) a Ayudarla aún más. Él le enseñó a conducir y también ayudó a construir su confianza para ser un mejor conductor. Hace dos días pasó su examen de conducir y le estamos muy agradecidos. ¡Lo recomendamos encarecidamente a todos! Jorge ensinou a minha mãe como a dirigir, a minha mãe não falava muito Inglês, por isso procurámos um falante de espanhol para ajudá-la, não só ele falou claro espanhol para ajudá-la, mas também tentou o seu melhor para falar Português (sua língua principal) Ajudá-la ainda mais. Undoubtedly, Jorge’s Auto school is the best driving school in the Chelmsford/Lowell area. Both instructors, Jorge and Jose, are knowledgable, patient, kind and wonderful teachers and make driving a safe and enjoyable experience. The school is very punctual with their class schedules, prompt at responding to calls/voicemails. Previously, I had been to two other schools in the Chelmsford area and had terrible experience with their class schedules and road-tests. I passed my road test finally after taking classes with Jorge’s Auto School and that too in my first attempt through this school. They make sure every student learns the minute but crucial skills for the road test. Jorge, Jose and Sandra are all friendly and truly understand the student’s concern and do provide all the necessary guidance to help learn how to drive safely and confidently. I would highly recommend this school for all those trying to earn their license.

His instructions were very patient, clear, and effective, and he taught me everything I should know for my road test. Yelled at me the whole time . I have anxiety and every little thing the instructors yelled at me. Had to drive to pick up another student. Yelled so much so that I just got out the car because it was way too much. I wanted to drive back to my house and he wouldn’t let me. I just wanted to learn and this proves not everyone is a good teacher. I’m afraid to drive. Also they don’t give proper directions, kept telling me my hand signals were wrong even said would fail because I wasn’t listening but if your wrong why would I listen because if I listen to inaccurate information then I would absolutely fail. The uber I took to leave the car told me Jorge and Burinth was wrong though. Real unprofessional. They don’t even answer their phones. Took me a week and a half to even book with this school. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give.

Terrible.. I wrote an entire review but i was unable to find it on google reviews so im writing a new one simplified. Anyways I'll try to type everything that happened out again. I had two lessons. Both with different people. The second person i had my lesson with i have no complaints about. But, the first one... First I get in the car and i notice the mat is under the break so i try to fix it. He begins getting very angry at me for it. Says "its fine leave it alone" in a shouting manner which i didnt feel safe having the mat sliding under the break. He wasnt patient at all. Anytime i messed up he would sit my arm. Not hard but still you shouldnt be touching a someone you dont know. I could tell he was very good at teaching. Didnt answer any of my questions and cut my lesson short. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. Didnt help me when i asked for help just said "eh good enough" I really wish i couldve recorded what went on. Other things happened that were unprofessional but I want to make this as short as possible. (i found my other review which is written under my account but posting this one still)

Great driving school! The classes were great and the road lessons were very beneficial. Passed my road test on the first try! I had Jorge for almost every lesson & he explained everything in full detail and also emphasized the safety and importance of everything while driving. From seatbelts to signals, checking all blind spots and many other things. Thankful for all their services, I recommend this place to all my friends. Cheapest around as well!!

I really thought that I'd never be able to parallel park but when Jorge showed me how to do it, I was like "wooow so easyyy" his technique is the best way to help you master parallel parking, bed believe!! After doing a lot of research and reading reviews for the other driving schools in Lowell I am glad I chose this one. Jorge first assess your driving and then informs you how many classes he believes you will need. Most people will tell you an excessive amount in order to get more money, but he was reasonable and affordable. The vehicle used is clean and modern. The instructor is patient and very kind. He was good at showing me what I did incorrectly without ruining my confidence. As most say what matters is the outcome and I passed my driving test on the first try!

I passed my test in first attempt. Most of my friends had joined the class and had positive review of the same. I gave my test just after a month of registering for the class. I would suggest to take 2 hours of class a day than 1 hour for 2 days, I found it more helpful.

Anybody who is looking to get a driving licence, should join them without giving a second thought. The instructor is a nice person and will teach you with patience. Also, they have got the most affordable price in the town. I got my driving licence within a week and I am really thankful to them.

They have got the least prices in the area. Customer service, lessons and road test sponsor are up to the mark. Persistent about safe driving skills and remember to always stop on a T intersection even if there is no STOP sign ;)
