Does not deserve a star. An instructor was being very rude to a student and caused that student emotional distress. Adults should be helping and coaching teens, not scaring them of any possibility of failure.

My daughter and a few of her friends went here. When they would speak of what they were taught by the instructor, much of it was slightly wrong. The instructors also aren't kind and often would yell at students when they did something wrong, rather than actually explain it. One of my daughters friends was even asked "what type of brown are you?" by her instructor and my daughter's instructor said only those that can speak English should be allowed to get a license. I would not recommend going here, it doesn't even deserve a star.

Our son went through the Concord High session this summer. He just took his written and driving test at the DMV. He passed both the first time. A huge thank you to Greg and Jack's Driving School for putting him at ease and making sure he knew all he needed to for the exams as well as for general safety.

Not a student here, but one of their drivers was teaching someone to parallel park. I needed the handicap spot they kept backing in and out of and wouldn't stop and move. The instructor just keep waving at me to go around and continued to keep going in and out of the spot. My blinker, pointing and handicap plate weren't good enough for him. Probably not something to teach students.

Jack is the best teacher, instructor, and one of the best people i’ve ever met. When he sees some at the school he always says hello and treats me like a human and not just somebody he fed information into for money. He’s a great driving instructor and i highly recommend driving with Jacks.
