Impressively Impressive
Tom was very egocentric and impatient to say the least. Took my son out driving even though my son had no prior experience. Took him right onto the road even though he didn't have any prior driving experience. Couldn't take him to practice in a parking lot. Tom told me my son was a horrible driver and shouldn't be driving. Of course he's terrible! He never drove before. Tom took my son out for 15 minutes and my son got nervous about steering. But he told my son "That's something that should take you 5 minutes to get the hang of." What a closed minded thing to say! Since when is learning a skill a race? Everyone learns differently. Especially because my son has a learning disability. Your staff should be ashamed of yourselves. You should be hearing from my lawyer soon.
