Probably the worst driving school in the area--instructors who don't give a damn about the students, exorbitant prices ($800+ are you kidding me?), and a stingy regional manager/coordinator. Avoid at all costs--you'd be better taught by your great uncle than by any of the so called "driving instructors" here. After requesting so many ridiculous, state-mandated driving and observation hours, somehow I still didn't practice enough with parallel parking. OK, fine--why not call and see what they can do? Response? Totally refused to acknowledge my situation. They saw parallel parking was on the record and therefore, completed on the road. They offered no extra practice. So I failed the road test on my first try. Miserably. (Thanks AAA!) Practiced for 2 months using YouTube and my own personal determination, and I passed the second time with flying colors. All in all, terrible school.

After Waiting 2+ months with promises of lessons. We were informed they don't have room now. What a joke. Talk about leaving your customers out to dry. (and rude about it)

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! Rude and unhelpful. I called the main number for the school and the FIRST question I asked is if my daughter, who has a mass permit, can take lessons at the Cranston, RI location. They assured me that she could. Fast forward to me running to the bank for the $300 and standing in line for 2 HOURS to have the branch tell me they have no idea. CALL AAA again and they told me that she CANNOT take lessons in RI!!!! Waste of my time! Thanks a lot!!! Glad I'm not oyt the $300 too!!!!!!
