I had the best experience there My teacher was cal in the classroom and T was my trainer... I loved it!!! now my husband is in class he has bear as a trainer he is amazing!!! My husband had trouble downshifting bear taught him in very short time. I'd have to say all 3 trainers in teachers are assets to this company especially Bear Going the extra mile and taking special time in making sure that he understands driving completely.

They were pretty good when I signed up, very nice you dont have to deal with DMV testing but make sure you can FOR SURE make it the day your scheduled when you make that deposit. Unfortunately my job and financial situation didnt work out as planned so I requested a refund on my deposit and its been over a month and they are keeping $100 of it just to put a date in the computer. I am giving a fair review because the admissions guy that took care of me offered some very great alternative options that unfortunately didnt work for me but the refund process has really been difficult and lengthy. I am still considering testing through them before my permit expires and will edit my review if my experience changes.

Terrible customer service. I call just asking for information but they want my name, phone number and more not even asking me what I was trying to do. Can you please ask at least what are our needs first? The receptionist was a nightmare. Please don't use this company. So terrible experience, they want your information first without know why you're calling about. I wondering if the PD calls they going to ask them for their Social Security and flood tipe first. Dammmmm Terrible, Bad, No Bueno

School is okay. Drive time is a little subpar, there is far too much wasted time. John the driving instructor was great. Gregg was also good. Walt tells you like it is. Don was my tester and was good as well. Overall a below average experience.

The staff was helpful and listened to my concerns when addressed. I was nervous about this endeavor and was reassured by my instructor as well as other staff members. Get Jim for your instructor!!! Jim rocks!!!!!!

Very poor instructors, They have their students do dangerous maneuvers like stopping on highways in traffic. Unsafe u turns. The instructors drive like the drove for a month and couldn't handle driving so they teach. Equipment is bad with bald tires.

Southwest was a pretty good truck driving school. My classroom teacher Jerry was good and my driving instructor Bernard was excellent. Also a few other of the staff I spoke with were very helpful

Great experience, Kal was an AMAZING instructor, who made learning to drive a truck fun. You gotta go through class, which is state mandated stuff, but the teachers are very cool. Jerry and Jose were knowledgeable and fun. This school is as good as I think a CDL school could be. Go here. Worth the tuition which is about the same as anywhere else for a 160hr program. (Ps- I’m rarely impressed enough with anything to write a review)

The worst experience in my life. This CDL school is a BIG FRAUD!!! Please stay away from it at all costs. They take your money but they don't provide anything. The whole place is a big mess and they are extremely rude. they Don't help you with any problem you have and after all this they don't give you any money back. Horrible experience!!! Please save yourself and your money and go to a different Cdl school!!! I loss 3500 dollars

Worse school ever. They take your money and screw you over and when you threaten to File a complaint and turn them into their licensing and the DMV they accuse you of stealing their DMV book which you can get for free at the DMV. They told me I could not train on the automatic because they didn't want to know and void their warranty on the truck. Then they claim to sign you up for a one-on-one with an instructor and only give you 25 hours of the 60 hour drive time classes. The whole class is hissed off at them because they kept giving him the wrong pre trip for the truck to study for they gave us for wrong pre trip study guides. One and cluded a video.

Really great school, everyone is knowledgeable, has a lot of experience and they want to help you succeed. I'm not giving 5 stars because most of the classroom training materials are way out of date, but that is really my only complaint. Very satisfied.

I wanted to get my Class B. The guy who was supposed to help me was very busy taking smoke breaks every ten minutes. I paid them $500 up front and when I realized after the first day they were not helpful I told them I wanted my money back. They were not only not going to give me my money back but tried very forcefully to get me to pay them the other $1000. I would not recommend this school.

The worst service I have ever recieved from any business! I paid to take the night course 2 and a half months ago only to get a call back a week and a half later with notification they no longer do nights and I would be refunded my money in 2 weeks, it has now been over 2 months and I still have not been refunded my payment after calling every week speaking with the advisor steve who kept insuring I would get it the following week. I finally got the opportunity to speak with the manager Melody and she tells me she will give me a call the next day so I wait until the next day to get a call and 10 min before they close I called since no one called me and she tells me someone has to sign off on my check smfh "DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS WHO JUST WANT YOUR MONEY"
