New Horizons Computer Learning Center environment setup was comfortable for learning and staff was helpful and friendly. Cassandra at the front desk was very helpful especially when I was struggling with the headsets used. The course content was excellent for the class that I was taking and the instructor was by far the best I've had for work related training. I will definitely be scheduling future training as this is a great place to grow my skillsets!

This facility is just absolutely awesome! Interior decor is about as close to palatial as one can get. The tour here tells it all, from the moment you walk-in to the reception area and back towards the common area and classrooms, this facility is very well appointed, As an instructor, I visit many facilities around the country and this one really stands out. Not only for its interior appointments, but also for the equipment in the classrooms as well. The courses I teach require that I build a server and student stations on the first day. The "build" can sometimes be problematic, but here, it couldn't have gone smoother. Dual monitors at every station, 1440X900, makes for a great learners experience as well. With easy access to the adjacent freeways, it conveniently located to hotels, shopping, and eating, just a pleasure to come here. The facility also has a very nice break area and other meeting areas. Did I mention the warm cookies they put out in the afternoons...

This was one of the best training facilities I have been to. Catered meals were excellent, class rooms were up to date and comfortable and the whole facility was updated and in great condition. Sammy our hostess kept us filled with coffee, water and promptly brought us lunch when it arrived.

Terrible. I scheduled a teacher licensure test at this facility the only time I could do it through the Pearson Vue site that they are listed on. It was approved. Over a week later and less than a week before the date of the test this location they cancelled my appointment. Simply cancelled. No dialogue. No apology. I had to do everything in my power as a student teacher to schedule this appointment and now it is impossible to schedule an appointment as this location as its hours NOW go until 2:45 not 3:45. Appalled at this level of service.

New Horizons Learning is a great place to learn new skills and disciplines. I was very impressed by the quality of the training and all the staff at New Horizons. The instructor was very attentive to the needs of the students which can be challenging when doing online delivery, but Sandy hit it out of the ballpark!
