We had a positive experience with Official Driving School. At first we had a difficult time getting the 6 hours driving instruction scheduled due to conflicting schedules. But the school was able to find an instructor (Pam Gayles) who could match our schedule, and we were able to complete driving for two students by the end of the class, and before school year started. I would recommend this school to others. Mrs. Gayles was a positive and kind instructor.

I took my drivers ed courses here and I think its a good place to take your teen. I had a great instructor who I believe helped make me a good driver. The only complaint I would have is that the car they had me use was a Toyota Prius. The Prius, being a hybrid, had some weird quirks when driving that weren't like normal cars. Other than that though, it was a excellent driving school.

Mrs.Palmer the classroom teacher was excellent in Segment 1. She was patient, understanding and professional. My daughter is now driving with Ms. Vinson (the driving instructor) and she is also very patient with the kids. Both teachers have given my daughter the confidence she needs to get out and be comfortable driving. I would like to recognize them for their excellence. Great program at West Bloomfield location. I highly recommend them. I can’t wait for Segment 2 in Sept. Thank you.

In a 2 week course the instructor didn't show up twice and gave me the wrong time for one of the dives so I had to reschedule 3 different times. Then my kid gets her permit and I find out she has never parked near another car, can't turn left, and it takes her 30 seconds to get through a stop sign. I'm not sure what I paid for because it clearly wasn't driving instruction. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Horrible Customer Service. I was in the hospital and my parents were in the middle of moving and the movers misplaced my certificate that showed I had passed my road test I call for a replacement and I talked to a representative 4 different times and was told that I had to go to the main location in royal oak which I never there was a location in in royal oak. So I arrive to the royal oak location after my hour drive from oxford mi they tell me sorry you have to go to the location where you took it which was the Rochester location. So I just wasted not only 2 hours of my day but the day of the person who drove me there. I really think your representative should confirm the information that that give the people that contact them. I understand if I had talked to 1 representative but I talked to 4 representatives and they had all told me the same thing. Please work on this and use this as a stepping stool to prepare for future similar predicaments

2 hours after our appointment time my daughter finally got on the road for her test. Blatant disrespect for time and unprofessional.
