DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT!! Go here. I read the review which were all terrible but I figured each case is different so I signed my wife up. This place is horrible. The place is so unorganized, they cancel your appointment without notice and the communication is borderline disrespectful. They scheduled a road test after my wife's permit expiration date after I told them if it's after the expiration don't book her, ill take her myself. I was unable to book a personal road test because the school has to cancel it and the lady is out of town until after my wife's expiration date as well. Go somewhere else.

This driving school is super unorganized, the owner is rude he will yell at you and try to humilate you infront of people , and they have teachers that dont speak proper english. They are also super expensive and unprofessional.

WORST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE I PROMISS ITLL SAVE YOU MONEY TIME AND THE AGGRAVATION!!!! These people have the worst customer service ever!! Especially Jackie which is like probably 40 years old and acts childish when it comes to problems that need to be solved. That goes for Jackie and bythrim. And as for Paloma, he's never nowhere to be found. This is the most unorganized place I've ever been to! They treat the customers like animals instead of people who spent their good money here. I've been waiting almost two months for a road test and I still don't have one. Meanwhile I just schedule a road test with city auto school in Southie and they booked a road test for me within the week. What a waste of time with Paloma! They still don't want to refund my money for services they couldn't comply with!!! ITS A SCAMMMMM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEYYYY GO SOMEHWRRE ELSEEEE!!!!!!

Paloma Driving School is a place that gave me hope for getting into becoming an independent citizen. I have been driving since I was 16, thanks to Mr. Paloma and his associates. Though people complain a lot about them (based on the reviews), I can tell you that the way that I was treated along my journey in becoming a driver had helped me become who I am today! Not to mention that Driver’s Ed was something I thought I wouldn’t ve able to do because of the cost; you won’t have to worry about that too bad by coming to Paloma. Thank you guys so much for everything! 4 years going strong with a clean record!!!

I called to sign my daughter up for driving school they gave me all the information, put half of the money down. When my daughter started her first day she came home with a packet with all these other things we had to pay. Then on top of that I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK!!! My daughter came home complaining and very upset due to all the disappointment that she felt, the man who was teaching her had told her he's a bus driver and was just doing this for the second time in his life, my daughter later realizes that he cannot write proper English neither can he teach. To completely top this off when she looks down on the floor there were a whole bunch of ants all over the floor.

Absolutely the worst place to go, it took me almost a year to get my liscene for literally no reason. They take forever to do everything and you have to jump through hoops just to schedule anything with them. I did learn how to drive well, but it was definately not worth the time and head ache. If I could give no stars I would. 100% avoid!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Gave me an instructor who bearly spoke English. Made an appointment for a class and they didn’t show up. They’re Unorganized and I would not recommend!
