This place is a major rip off and is very disreputable. The programs are a joke and the mentored learning program offers very little, worthwhile training. Most of these so-called "mentors" are just clueless. Their job placement is nothing more than clogging your emails with jobs that you're not applicable to you. There are many ways to train yourself in IT. Avoid this place at all costs!

New Horizons could not provide the class that was paid for in advance. It was delayed by 2 months with no definite date on when they would run it. I requested a refund to use my funds elsewhere in order to purchase a similar training course from another source. After over 6 weeks I have yet to see a refund or any indication New Horizons are trying to issue a refund. I would NOT recommend New Horizons if you have other training options available. They use underhanded business practices and have terrible customer services.

They were accommodating in extending 1 year of the last 2 years that I had acquired memberships for but had NOT used it all due to time constraint and personal issues. They said to call back to get the other year I had not used... If they do that next year - they will get that last star..

I participated in several online classes, including Excel 1, 2 and 3 as well as MS Project 1. All of the instructors were outstanding. My contact at New Horizons, was so helpful and incredibly flexible. I will definitely go back to New Horizons for future training needs.

Awesome environment and awesome people working. I walked in and the front desk girl and her coworker were phenomenal. I had lots of questions and they answered every one. Class was very beneficial as well.
