My experience with CMSC was an enjoyable one. My drivers Ed instructor was such an amazing fun teacher who made learning fun. I was really pleased with the efficiency of the driving lessons. The instructors were very helpful encouraging and knowledgeable. When it came time to take my driving test I failed the first time for a wrong turn, but hey it happens, retook my test a few weeks later and passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend CMSC to anyone and everyone looking to learn how to drive.

He was so calm, patient and nice. He went through everything you needed to know for you driving test! I passed my driving test on the first try because of him, and only had 5 lessons!

Honestly I could not have asked for a better organization to send my son for his driving lessons. Being taught to drive did not come easily for my son who has cognitive delays. All of his instructors we so patient and kind. My son drove so well on his practice runs but he did not pass his driving test a couple of times. Well it was all hands on deck, each person from the owner Jake, (three thumbs up) to the scheduler they were so honest and kind they really lifted up my son's confidence. Everyone worked with my son so by the time he had his third road lesson he was equipped with confidence and sound driving skills. YEAH! He passed. Listen, if you are a parent of a quiet child, CMSC is the place to take your child. There is nothing better seeing your child reach a significant milestone with caring folks at CMSC.

When my second son received his learners permit, and we had to decide where to have him take drivers education classes, without hesitation, we chose CMSC! This was an easy decision for two reasons; 1) the CMSC program is extremely well organized and geared towards success for young drivers and their families 2) Rasa was going to be his driving instructor! Rasa is polite, punctual, accommodating to scheduling, and thoughtful. My son had commented over time that Rasa was instructional to the rules of driving, expects drivers to be highly observant and well aware of their surroundings. Rasa definitely prepared him for his road test and instilled the confidence to allow him to earn his drivers license. I am forever grateful to Rasa and CMSC for adding a better driver to the roads of Massachusetts.

After the classes and all the money the government also requires of you, I was down a little less than a grand. The way I did it, I bought only the classes which includes the parent classes & skid school. For a teenager completing both the classes, skid school, & getting good grades all lowers your insurance rate considerably which is pretty great. Also it is very convenient because you only have to give them your information once & after that it is all just scheduling which you can chose from what ever available day you want. All of the staff is nice, when you call & connect to the office they handle all of your questions without transferring you a single time or without sending you on a wild goose-chase. Overall I enjoyed my time in the classes & on the road with them. At the end of all of the road lessons with CMSC, & the 40 hours driving with my parents, I passed the road test on my first time so if that isn't being aptly prepared I don't know what is.

This place absolutely screwed me over when they decided to call me over a YEAR after I took all of my driving lessons and tell me that I had to retake Class 5 because they couldn’t find my signature in their records for that day. I don’t mind taking the class again, but it is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to call me over twelve months later and complain about a minuscule formality like a signature. I am disgusted by the lack of prior notice, and I am sincerely disappointed by this business. A disgrace to the town of West Boylston.

But one really stood out , Chris Washburn, and deserves a shout out for his amazing work. He was very engaged in helping to improve her driving skills. He also clearly understood the best ways to teach and convey driving concepts and was focused on making sure she learned the skills necessary to pass the driving test. Incredible experience! Went to the basic rider course knowing nothing and by the afternoon I was riding a motorcycle!!! Amie is patient yet direct and to the point. It's clear her goal is to teach us to ride but SAFELY! I liked how the class continually builds on what we learn. The progression was just right for me. CMSC is great! My daughter recently got her license -- very easy process that included taking the test at CMSC's office in West Boylston, MA vs. RMV. Quick and efficient. She booked the majority of her road lessons with Herb. He was knowledgeable and perhaps equally as important patient and kind! Herb developed a solid relationship with my daughter which made the lesson time enjoyable and productive. When my son becomes of age we will be heading back to CMSC without hesitation and will be requesting lessons with Herb, too!

I have sent two of my children to CMSC for drivers education. They have both had a great experience with the classroom instruction with Tim and the on-road instruction. This last summer and fall Herb was super helpful in getting my daughter drive times that fit into her very hectic schedule of school, sports and work. He was flexible and always very positive. CMSC was by far the best choice for me! The instructors were all attentive and caring of their students, which really showed through the improvement in my driving technique. I learned far beyond the basic techniques needed to pass my road test; the instructors took me through city and highway as well, which rounded out my real world driving skills. All the instructors were great, but Herb was the best instructor I could've wanted. He scheduled one hour drive lessons to have one on one time with me, reached out to me when there were cancellations that I could jump in on, and really cared about my safety as a driver. I got my license this past weekend, and it's all thanks to the instructors at CMSC like Herb who took the time to care about their student drivers. Overall, I'd highly recommend!

CMSC is very helpful for preparing for your road test but in my experience the west Boylston area for me was too crowded and the examiners gave me a lot of attitude I may be wrong for most people but I didn’t like how they were talking to me because I was a little nervous. Also they charge another 80 bucks to retake the road test when I also have to pay the rmv 30 dollars. I kind of understand why they do that because of the examiner I think, but it’s a lot of money for me. Personally I would rather go to a different branch of CMSC because people are rude. Also it takes so long to schedule a road test all of my friends were able to get their license before me in a different school and I really wish I went there. Also what I do like is how they teach for driving and drivers education I had so much fun and the driving lessons were very helpful and they try a lot to help me pass

Absolutely impossible to schedule driving times in advance. People are never in the office and leaving messages is a waste of time. You cannot schedule driving test until after all driving lessons and parent courses are completed and then I find out it will take an additional month to book a driving test. All in all my son should have had his license before Thanksgiving and now he won't have it before New Years. His friends went with another school and are having a much better experience. I wish we had.

Nice place to have your road lessons and classroom sections. There may be some instructors who have their off days when seeing a student not doing the maneuver. After doing drivers ed and lessons, I was able to get my license with their instructions and help which made me pass at the registry. I would recommend if you want to drive new cars for lessons and get your license.

Impossible to get lessons done in a reasonable amount of time. Office staff ranges from helpful and pleasant to downright rude and nasty. Instructors vary, some are young and inexperienced, others have been there for 20 years. This place could be good, but seems to be poorly managed. Will go elsewhere for my youngest.

I went to take my drivers test and the woman who sat beside me, I’m not sure if she was a part of the DMV or not called me an idiot. I didn’t pay 200$ to take a test to be called an idiot. otherwise everyone else is nice and helpful. I don’t know who the woman was, I only have her number. She took me out for 10 minutes and made me sit in the back after I had an anxiety attack, from her calling me names and not allowing me to ajust my seat before the test even started. She was very mean and rude.

Much better school than the first one we tried, but pricy. $30 for learner's permit, $850 tuition, $15 for certificate, $85 for road test, $70 in RMV fees, and $65 for retesting because he failed the first time = $1115 for my son to get his license! Many of their cars had well over 150,000 miles on them and some features like the parking brake didn't work, and the skid school was basically just a 10-minute joyride. Some of the instructors were brand new or very young. Overall it's a good school that passes itself off as a great school.

My little sister was enrolled in this school literally the worst driving school ever trying to get on road lessons is impossible and speaking to any one there is even worse .. the teachers are a joke they made my little sister feel horrible while in class and even at one point a female teacher followed her into the bathroom .. completely unexpected after all these 5 star reviews because this place should be shut down

As a mother of four sons who have taken Driver's Training at CMSC, I highly recommend this Auto School! CMSC is the BEST around! I, myself, am so glad that I recently had the opportunity to take "Skid School". The instructors are very good! The training is excellent! The experience of Skid School was the best training I have ever had! I now feel so much more comfortable and confident driving in our winter weather. I also feel more at ease knowing that my sons have also learned these valuable skills. My only regret is that I didn't take this training years ago!

In 1989, I took the Motorcycle Riders Safety Course here and got my license. It was a great experience and I continue to ride today. More recently, all four of my sons attended CSMC to learn how to drive and subsequently get their license. They each had Bob Stratton as their instructor. He was wonderful with all of them and their individual styles. Thankyou Bob!!! My youngest just passed his road test this past weekend. So we are all licensed here! I highly recommend this school for driving as well as motorcycle riding!

I have nothing but high praise for this driving school. My twins went through both drivers ed and motorcycles safety classes. It may cost more than some other driving schools, but our children are worth it. The instructor was always the same person per request from my son's. He took the time to reassure them when they would question themselves. They passed both driving tests (vehicle and motorcycle) the first time they took them. Again, I credit this to the instructor for taking the extra time with my sons. If you are looking for a GREAT driving school, contact CMSC and enroll you child now. CMSC will only post your comment if they like it (: go figure. It wouldn't be state work if u didn't do it more then twice. CMSC is the most anal place iv been. Iv never meet people that are so strict. I do not think anyone can be perfect but they thinks so. if u want to be scared about driving go here!! if u want to enjoy your auto mobil stay away from here. They had me drive a new nissan with 20,000 miles on it that clunked dropping into second. will driving around the lot My instructor said "alot of accidents happen in parking lots" , I almost told him "15 percent of accidents are caused by passanger Distractions." Evil Knievel said "I’d never owned a car and had never wasted time with a driver’s license)!!!!!!"'(you know whats worse then a used police car? A driver ed's car) I Remeber We had 15-20 new trannys stocked in the garage for fleet vehicles. They teach you how to abuse a car and Really Use It. Im NOT saying they are bad teachers but they have no-care to keep a car running healthy or understand expirence comes with years in the field ( we all have to start somewhere). is it all worth being a licensed driver?Ye$ and they know that! they only rea$on they do it is becau$e they can, the only reason you do it is because you have no choice. they lack electronics, they need a gps system instead of pointing where to turn because they are going to cause an accident.

The Basic Motorcycle class is great! I had never ridden before and was very scared about falling or dropping the motorcycle but Steve did a great job of easing everyone into using a motorcycle properly without fear. Almost Missed the last scheduled lesson due to an instructor scheduling error and CMSC was quick to assign a new instructor within a half hour to complete the road hours necessary to apply for the road test. Sincerely apologetic and offered a discount to Saturday road testing in good faith. Wonderful dedicated staff and administrators. A+

A great and positive experience. The instructors made sure that I was best prepared for the test. Each lesson I was given tips and tricks to help me, and I was comfortable to ask any questions I had. At the beginning of each lesson I was asked what I wanted to work on, this made me felt heard and that the instructors were here for me and my learning. The instructor, Chris, made a lasting impact, he made sure I completely understood each maneuver for the driving test and for driving in life. Overall great experience.

It's ok.trying to get driving lessons is ridiculous. You have to use a 3rd party website that is a total pain and you can't drive more then twice a week! Mostly nice people I had a few great driving instructors who work very well explaining things to new drivers. Some instructors are just straight up evil and unhappy. I did do my road test through CMSC today and I did pass. Im not done.. the driving lessons planning is so bad and unorganized. ALSO The people at the front desk also never answer the phone so if you have a question you have to call between ridiculous hours. Over all my final rating 3 starts. I don't really recommend it.

They’re friendly & professional and generous with their knowledge and discounts like siblings, payment in full, etc. And it shows they love their students. No other auto school comes close to covering everything they do! We especially love the SKIDZ course that’s included! You see their cars everywhere because they’re the BEST!

Amazing experience. Originally I was having a hard time scheduling driving lessons online, so I called and the owner Tim Cooney gave me his cell phone number so I could book lessons directly through him. I finished all my lessons in a few weeks and passed my driving test on the day I turned 16 and a half! Learned a lot and very convenient. Great customer service. I highly recommend CMSC.

Words can not describe how helpful, efficient, and patient this driving school is to all their students. I lived in N.Y. most of my life so having a license was never my main focus living in the city, but once I moved to Massachusetts, having a vehicle became a necessity in my life. I recently turned 30 years old and never driven before in my life, plus I also have major anxiety with the whole driving concept, so finding the right driving school, as well as a patient driving instructor was the key for me. For 2 months into the driving school search I was practicing my driving in the business called Best Driving School, Inc. at Main St in Worcester ,and the experience was horrible! I felt like I was never going to reach my goal and overcome my fear on the wheel staying there. Until my boss referred me to CMSC driving school, and it was the best decision I ever made! Not only is the entire staff helpful and friendly, but they show true sincerity in teaching the safety of the road, and pushing their students to pass. I really will like to thank Andrea who was never once rude to me on the phone when I consistently called her to either cancel, or schedule a driving lesson . Thank you so much Andrea for accommodating to my every need, and being the sweetest, most patient, and welcoming person that you are! There are not a lot of people like you in the work field, and for that I appreciate all your help! I would like to thank my two amazing instructors David and Bill! I appreciate all of Bill's motivation, patience, and support to keep me practicing , and focused on the wheel. Your motivation, and faith in me will be forever appreciated! I will like to thank David for his reassurance, and calmness as he helped me overcome my fear and anxiety on the road. He never once made me question or doubt myself, and his teachings were very simple, direct, and clear which helped me understand and learn about the safety of the road better. Took the BRC motorcycle course to get my lisence. Amie and Steve from Geico were both friendly, experienced, and extremely helpful instructors and even I was able to pass without prior riding. 100% recommend everyone looking to ride to take the course; it will give you the correct habits/ skills to save your life.

Overall I had a really good experience with CMSC. I suffer from really bad anxiety and I do feel that most of the instructors triggered that for me. One instructor who really boosted my confidence and taught me easier ways to do all the skills I needed to do was Chris Washburn. I don't think I would've passed the road test if I didn't have my last 5 lessons with him. So I appreciate all his help and kindness throughout that long journey.

I see these cars all over the place, but after nearly getting run off the road by an adult (not a student driver) ramming himself into my lane, I would be extremely cautious about what they are teaching young, inexperienced drivers. Everyone puts on a good front with the parents, but I've witnessed first hand how they really drive and what their idea of road etiquette is. I have one more daughter to get through driving school-I will certainly NOT be using this school.
