This was by far one of the least professional businesses I’ve had to work with. The owner Lawrence randomly cancels my road test because I’m a college student and couldn’t make it to EVERY in class meeting and issues me a refund check. When I called to ask why he said “Why are you so hard to get rid of ; you’re annoying” Classy .. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I had the worst possible experience with this place. I ended up spending 45 mins of my 1 hour allocated time in just picking up and dropping off their clients before and after me. The instructor 'taught' me parallel parking in minutes and for rest of the parts he asked me to check out youtube. And when I made comments about my displeasure on this, he wasted the last part engaging in a heated discussion with me. I strongly recommend not to attend this driving school. It is one of the worst experiences I ever had.

A-L & L is the best driving school Boston has to offer!! If you are looking for a driving school, I promise you, this is the best one!!! Before I arrived to A-L &L I was with a different driving school who lacked patience with me and did not really care to help me understand what I was doing what while driving but A-L & L driving school showed me other wise! The instructors, the owner, the receptionists were all amazing!!! They all work together and have the best interest at heart for their clients. Instructor Greg was amazing! I started with Greg not knowing anything to knowing everything, and thankfully having my license. Greg pushed me and constantly always reminded me of things so I would not forget. The owner whom I will never forget, was very supportive and cared to help me understand what I was doing and had a lot of patience. Even gave me extra 15 minutes to ensure I was completely ready for my road test. I am forever grateful for their service! A-L&L driving school helps you master operating a vehicle and also leaves you feeling confident in driving!! Driving package deals are amazing! Look into those! Thank you A-L &L for your service and patience with me. I am grateful for you all. Thank you.

Terrible terrible experience, I was scheduled to take my road test October the 3rd at 11 am. These people showed up to my house at 7:30 AM the morning of without any previous courtesy call or anything of the sort. If that was not enough they expected me to pay a cancellation fee when they were the ones unprofessional and misleading. When I called the establishment the man was very rude and did not even let me get a word in, he simply talked over me until I disconnected the call. There are many driving schools in Boston. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU!! To all the staff at AL&L, the driving instructors, receptionist, classroom teacher, everyone! They all genuinely care about what they are teaching you and they do it very well. I learn a lot in the classroom and while driving. I passed my road test today and could not be more grateful for this school. Thank you guys again. I highly recommend this driving school you won't be disappointed.

All the intructor does is bites his nails and says as little direction as possible, he's not specific, great if u speak creole, but don't do it if ur not Haitian lol they don't even explain everything thoroughly before u pay ur hard earned money! So one star. No recommendations.

I usually don't put up reviews but I thought I would because I am very satisfied with the service. I had Lawrence and was very nice. He wasn't impatient with me when I asked questions and he was very helpful. I already have plenty of experience with driving so he said I may need a few more lessons and then book my road test . I'm praying I can request Lawrence again because he is a very nice instructor and is helpful with tips.

Awesome place great staff , great conversation, they literally walk you thoru your driving test , the hands on experience is great and I recommend this place to anyone serious about driving ! Oh yeah make sure you do the packaged deal !

All of the teachers were great! Some were strict but I like strick teachers, It helps me stay alert. I passed and got my license on the first test. Very greatful for the patience they had with me. I learned a lot.

I would not recommend this driving school at all. If you get Aldane, you will do well and he is very helpful. If you get the other instructor whose name I have forgotten because I never cared to ask due to the fact that he was so rude, you will fail your test. He gets an attitude whenever you ask a question and is a very sarcastic individual. Each lesson is 45 minutes long and I had to cut one of my lessons short (I was only 15 minutes into the lesson; I had 30 mins left) because the bastard was huffing and puffing every time I asked a question. If you are someone that does not have patience or games, go to a different driving school.

First ill start with negative. I didnt like that each lesson was a different instructor.I wish there was a way to schedule the same instructor for each lesson because they have 3 different guys and each of them teach in their own way. especially parallel parking styles. Other than that it was always easy to schedule a lesson and the cars they use are nice and feel safe. The instuctors were nice and knew what they were doing. I failed my driving test because i was nervous. My hands wouldnt stop shaking and when it was time to parallel park my mind went blank. so i cant blamethe school for that. Going to take a few more lessons and try the test again. One of the instuctors is haitian and has a strong accent but he is very nice. Greg is strict like he doesnt do alot of small talk. nd Al is funny and nice but knows what hes doing

I am taking this time to THANK all the staff there. Everyone was professional. The receptionist, the owner, the instructors..... i started with Tech Driving School and had a terrible experience there, so i decided to try a new driving school. This school is a block away from my house and i ignored it because i did not really know anything about it. My friends suggested me other schools that are far away from my house, i am a busy person so i decided to give this one a shot even though i did not have a clue on how they function and believe me the entire staff (or the ones that i have worked with) was great. They are all great at what they do. They are always on time. When they say they will pick you up at 3pm for example, by 2:55 they are already outside and they will call you if there is a delay and/or if they will be late. They do not use old school cars like some other driving school. Instructors are patient and do not yell at you for any little thing. (They probably will if you try to kill them lol no one wants to die). They will not waste your time. They make sure that they give you all the time that you payed for. They do not use your time for other stuff or their own business (Some schools do that). And if you are a driving student who does not have no help at home at all like myself, meaning that you do not have any other way to practice before your test. This school is the best for you. You will have a chance to practice before the test. They will go over everything with you right before your test. I think it is a great way to help their student pass. They only bring one, two or three people for the driving test at a time. I had a great experience there. Everything was great comparing to the school that i was dealing with before. And believe me i would not blame them at all even if i did not pass because they are really helpful. (Focus, listen to instructions and practice practice practice makes perfect). They did not pay me to do this. I do not know any of them there. I am just speaking from experience. Try and you will not regret it. Thumbs up for the staff there. Thanks again for all your help. They are horrible teachers ! Too aggressive and impolite. Expect you to know everything during session and when you mess up you get yelled at . They just wait for the time to go by and before you know it your done and have no idea what you did or what to do better on. They just tell you to do it smh. Would not recommend for first timers maybe for people to freshen up their driving but that’s it

Would not recommend this driving school. The driving instructor Greg had no patience and constantly yelling. Ask to change driving instructor twice and school refused. Greg reeked of cigarettes and provided no support througout The Who the whole 8 weeks. Even on the day of my road test he arrived late for pickup and act like he had better things to do and made me feel like I was wasting his time. After I failed my road test Greg was smiling as if it made his day to see me fail. If you looking for an instructor who shows support and goes out the way to teach without yelling, find another school because this one is terrible.

Everyone at At the driving school is sooo nice and patient, the drivers all have there way own way of teaching u how to drive but yet very helpful I’ve always told myself I would have trouble Parallel Parking but they made it Soo much easier.There all Soo cool patient and funny Especially Lawrence, thanks to him I passed my road test the second try!
