I agree with the review below regarding inquiry call. The first call I made, the front desk/secretary who answered the phone throw an attitude and wasn't helpful at all. However, when I called today, just to give it a try again, the person who answered the call was helpful, polite and professional. The price compared to other driving school is way better. I will surely give another review after the class sessions

After my sister's bad experience at another school, a few friends told me about this school and I was impressed. The office looks a lot nicer than the other ones I saw, and the classroom is big and bright. I finished everything in about 4 weeks between the classroom and the driving. They were very accommodating with the schedule, and since I was flexible they were able to help me finish very quickly. I cannot recommend this school highly enough!

I have no complaints, had a great experience with the instructors. The school is also conveniently located close to the Wheaton Metro station which is a plus for commuting purposes and the instructors are patient and explain the material very well. My sister also took her driving classes here and liked it too. I highly recommend Alto Driving School.

I just called to inquire about their classes. Such a condescending tone they had. I wonder if their attitude is the same while teaching. I am not doing business with them after such an unfortunate phone experience. You have been warned.

This is a great driving school. I will recommend your school to others. Unlike any other place, this school makes teaching/lessons fun. I actually missed going to class when the two weeks in-classroom instruction was completed. Then Mr.M. was reassuring and patient when it came time to train on the side roads and then the highway! They also give you helpful information/techniques that will help you get your license. Being one of the slightly older drivers that they have taught, I felt I received great training while also getting the respect I would expect. If you live in the Wheaton, MD area and need a driving school, choose this place. Thanks Mr. M! It was also a good price compared to some other schools in our area! I found the office staff to be professional. In regards to the negative comment below about the office policies, when you first sign up, the contract clearly states their policies. They warn you upfront that you will be expected to train for 2 weeks, everyday Monday through Friday. The office staff is not to be blamed if you miss a class or cannot complete your scheduled road day training time! They will work with you and your schedule to help you complete the entire drivers training course as soon as possible. Thank you again, from Caroline B.P.

I went to translate for a friend. Owner is a nice person. Blond receptionist is plain rude over the phone and in person and if you are latino/a it gets worse. She treats the other desk lady really bad in front of the customers. I felt sorry for my friend that had to keep quiet so she could get her certificate of alcohol and drugs course. I will never recomend this driving school to anyone. No one deserves to be treated the way that recepcionist treats people. That job should be taken by a person that really undertand what is customer service about.

I loved going here everything was good. The teacher was nice Mr. M and he taught me very well, they have a lot of experience and he tried to make the class fun. It was also a good price.

By far the most hectic hassle full driving program I have ever experience. If you miss or come late to a class you have make it up about 3 weeks later, there by wasting your time. And pretty much do the secretary's job with follow ups. Save your time and energy and try another driving school. Please, I wish I did right from the beginning.

I started to learn driving for the first time with Nick from ALTO Driving School. He was an excellent driving instructor who taught me to very well. First few lessons with him gave me a good confidence on how to drive safely. I attended test in VIC Roads near my area and got my 'P' Licence. THANKS TO NICK & ALTO DRIVING SCHOOL.
