Paid a lot for our child to do drivers ed and disappointed with the experience. Kept getting stuck with the same instructor who was inexperienced and unprofessional. Talked about other students driving issues and took the same route every time. Never gave experience on the high way or any where over 45mph. Tried to ask for a different instructor and was told sorry that’s who we have available. Doesn’t make sense because there’s supposed to be six instructors and we had plenty of flexibility. Made my child a nervous driver for the first few weeks but once we had some time together doing much better and is actually a very conscientious, safe driver despite the experience in drivers ed. The one good thing was the class time because our child definitely learned the rules of the road but that could be learned at any driving school. We were told the Saco school is better, but not sure. Either way, we definitely do not recommend the Kennebunk Hamilton’s and do not recommend driving instructor Tim. Very disappointed with the experience for how expensive the class is. Like I tell my husband, the only good thing that came of this is now we can legally help our child learn to drive. Definitely didn’t learn from Hamilton’s.

Couldn’t get them on the telephone machine a couple times and my boy said the instructor was unprofessional

I called a couple times every day to get information, but kept getting the answering machine. I realize this is a busy time for them, but I left a message a few times and they never got back to me. Then, when I finally got ahold of them, they arranged to have me talk to an instructor. She said she'd get back to me, but that was a week ago, and she hasn't. I don't have a lot of time to get driving lessons before I leave the state in a few months. I'm gonna have to see if I can find another driving school.

One instructor was very unprofessional and basically enjoys being in a power position over teenage kids. She has a tendency to talk about kids to other kids and as a grown A$$ adult - should definitely know better.
