Very unprofessional,gave student wrong test ,did not inform parent of study or learning materials needed in advance ,did not confirm class schedule only receipt of payment was confirmed,parent brought materials to school for student and sat outside and watched for 1 hour for girl at desk to give to student after 1 hour she did not go into the classroom and give student materials for the class so parent left still do not know if they ever received materials she did not seem to want to be bothered. all in all i felt they were very disinterested and unprofessional for what they were being paid to do. Either that or just to lazy to be bothered. this is my opinion of this company and this is the second time I use them i was not very satisfied the first time either but decided to give them a 2nd chance. will not use or recommend the to anyone else.
