The book training is good, but if you need to schedule driving training, you better hope your boss likes you. My boyfriend works days til 4:30 but they scheduled him for 2:30-4:30, for four days in a row. Be forewarned.

Driving class was fun. We had class with people with funny personalities which made it fun along with Ms Kourtney she’s not strict but she on point and fun herself.

BEWARE!!!! 9 months after payment, and Naomi still won’t return my MANY calls, nor will she schedule my daughters last driving day & l test ! I enrolled my 18 year old daughter. On her 2nd driving day, she misunderstood the arrival time and came a bit late. The driving instructor generously allowed her to make up that time, on the following driving day. After that, my daughter wasn’t being scheduled for anything. After 2 months, I called and nobody could produce any information. The secretary couldn’t find anything regarding my daughters progress or schedule. nothing is scheduled in any real way, they just sorta fly by the seat of their pants. Naomi returned my call, finally and told me that we owed money because of my daughter being late, I paid it. This was around August & ever since then, I’m told “Naomi’s out, shell cal you back” or “she’s on vacation, I’ll have her call you when she gets back”. It’s December and my family can’t afford to shell out so much money again !

Unfortunately this is where my stepson took his driver's ed course a year ago. The lady who did the driving test failed him twice and passed a teenage girl, even though she was checking her phone during her driving test. I know this because we heard the lady talking to the girl about it. Long story short, he ended up taking his driving test at a different school and passed on the first try. We refuse to send my stepdaughter to this school for her drivers ed course.

This place deserves less than one star! They are very unorganized and un professional. I called a month in advance to schedule a road skills test and was told Naomi would call if there was any issue with the date. I called the morning the test was scheduled to make sure I was bringing everything needed and they told me Naomi was out of town and no one was on the schedule. I took off work and arranged my whole schedule around this to find out they can’t even make a schedule. Do not recommend using this place.

The lady who taught our class always finished her lesson an hour and a half early and wouldn’t let us leave so we had to sit there in silence for that time. Then when I went to do my driving hours the instructor repeatedly yanked the wheel from my hands almost sending us into the other lane. She was also very rude when explaining the critiques she had. She also answered all of my questions about paperwork with “you’ll have to call Naomi” But Naomi was always very nice when we spoke, overall my specific experience was not the best.

i am typing this in the drivers class. i am not impressed. at all. especially the lady who barely speaks english and yelled at me for sleeping in her introduction video. it’s week two and she has already made me suicidal. jk. but she is rly freaking boring and annoying. and the time is two hours longer than all the other driving schools and there is only one break. if you don’t send you kids here they will close. that’s what needs to happen.do it for your kids happiness.

Its an okay place for those who have had some expirence learning before taking the class but in general i had a bad experience. I drove with some lady from the UK my first time and we never left the centurylink parking lot. The only "road" driving i had was going through a subdivision. The second time i had a cool dude named sam. What they told me is im a great driver im just to cautious. I dont have enough aggressivness. They say im not ready but when i drove with other ppl they say im fine..........

All my children have attended this school and have loved it. I send all my friends and anyone who asks where they went. Ms. Naomi worked with our dance schedule and made sure she was in time for her birthday. The staff are all very sweet and kind. I had a friend of a friend go to another Driving school and after taking the class at another location in Shreveport, they sent her to Ms. Naomi and Advantage Driving School and what a difference it is to have people who not only care for our kids but for the community. She only drove in a parking lot with the other school and Ms. Naomi drove with her all over town and the interstate. If you want one on one driving and people who care, send them to Advantage Driving School. They have been a blessing to all 4 of my children. Thank You Ms. Naomi for all your help!

My child took the driving test four times. After the third failure we deligiently worked on her driving skills and were confident she would pass yet Advantage failed her a fourth time. My daughter's confidence was crushed. Suspicious I called another driving school to see if the claimed infractions were reasons for automatice failure and they were not. We will not go back and cannot, in good concience, recommend Advantage to anyone.

It shouldn’t take an act of congress to reschedule a drive. The reschedule was requested the last week of September, and we still don’t have a date and time set up. Do they not have a centralized scheduling system? It seems like office staff has no idea what drivers are doing. They had to call the drivers to see if they were available for the drive and when. Why would the office not know what the drivers are doing? So I should send my kid with a driver that has not scheduled it through the office? So we just send our kids off with a driver who is running his own show? It’s just blowing my mind. Who actually runs this place? Someone needs to get a handle on their staff and scheduling. As far as I see things right now, I will not be recommending this school to my friends.
