After sending both my son and daughter through Bicks driving school I couldn’t be happier. Very pleased with the flexibility with their schedules and you can’t beat the pick up service. Would definitely recommend Bicks driving school for anyone looking to send their teenager to get their license in a timely manner.

The best decision in our lives. Have been remiss in not posting earlier as it's been almost a year since taking the lessons for hand controls. My husband operates these as if he has never driven any other way and, truthfully, finds it more comfortable. The lessons he received gave him the encouragement and confidence in himself (and me,too). Thanks Bicks for being there.

I sent all three of my daughters to this driving school. I was extremely pleased with the service provided from the scheduling, to the free pick up and delivery (a great addition since both parents work!) to the courtesy reminder phone calls my children received before their in car lessons. My girls really enjoyed the interactive classes and I enjoyed being able to get a in a car without being scared to death, because of the confidence they received from the on the road instructors!

Very helpful, registered daughter on line and went in to pay for class. They couldn't find my daughter's information showed her the email from Bick's. Lady said no problem filled out a new card and got it taken care of. The transportation for daughter was on time every day (this is reason I choose here is the help with transportation) Daughter loved the class "Tony" the instructor always answered questions and made the class interesting and fun. Very pleased with their services and as soon as drive times are completed she will be done. Thank you Bick's staff!

Tina is amazing. Went out of her way to schedule instruction hours as well as finding an instructor who could accommodate my son's schedule and needs. One phone call and less than an hour later he was scheduled for the following week(anybody going through this process knows driving hours are difficult to secure). Very helpful, very kind, very professional.

Went in to rent a car for a road test and the troll at the front desk was extremely rude. Called the day before and I got the same vibe from her then. Even with all the attitude, I managed to get a price for the rental. Upon explaining to her that the testing station will accept walk ins, she basically called me a lier. I call the testing station and the guy is willing to tell her the same thing, she refuses to talk to him THEN says I need an appointment with the school itself, which she failed to mention before. When I walked into the office before this interaction started, the look on her face told me I might have a problem. I'm guessing her problem is having to serve certain kinds of customers. But that's her problem. She won't get anywhere in life with an attitude like that. She's building up a lot of negative karma, and it WILL COME BACK TO GET YOU.

Must like to have certain races there. Went there to ask about how this works and the lady gave me a why are you here look and wanted me to leave. I left anyways and never came back.

They are not very helpful. Most of the driving has to be taught by me and my husband. The instructors would shorten my daughter's driving sessions by 15 mins, dropping her off at home early. My daughter did not get a thorough in-car session until the last one and that instructor was the one that told us that. The receptionist or who ever answers the phone it rude and nasty when there was a problem with the schedule. I really wanted to cuss her out but I thought she would take it out on my child.....I thought this to be a good school when I went years ago. Not so much anymore.
