Have now sent 3 kids through this school and it's a joke, don't waste your money. First kid spent all of her "drive time" drinking coffee at Starbucks with her instructor.. after getting attitude from them they finally agreed to give her 2 more hours of drive time with a different instructor..keep n mind this was a kid who never had driven in her life. Next kid has now waited a month.. A MONTH!! to take his 6 hours of drive time, was supposed to go tomorrow morning but the instructor just cancelled and said "maybe Friday" are you kidding me?? 366.00 bucks a pop and you have students waiting this long.. absolutely unacceptable. Was told there driving would commence up to 2 weeks after...not over a month and now longer. Child #4 will not be going through this racket. I will take her to a different school.*** Update- Not sure how you can say he would have completed in 5 weeks when the instructor could not let him know when they were rescheduling his drive time. nonetheless, you offered a refund so we can take our business elsewhere. That is exactly what we plan to do- Your customer service is less than desirable! Your instructors in my opinion are not fit and seem to hardly care what kind of drivers they are putting on the road. Not all, one of my kids had a great instructor who showed up on time and got him on the road without canceling or hanging out at a coffee shop. Maybe you should have more like that one! Maybe I should have listened to everyone I talked to who told me not to waste my money going through this company. regardless, its said and done and the lesson was learned. Good day.
