Nice Pilot but crappy OC facility for drivers. Just a public Pilot parking lot. Not my interpretation of a secure oasis for Schneider drivers at all, period. Only come back if I need a Pilot or emergency Schneider help.

There is an office on the east side of the Pilot Travel Center with tractor parking just behind the Pilot public parking. Schneider lot is gated and secured.

it's just a lot in the back of pilot. gonna have to unhook from trailer. small lot.

True, there is a fenced in lot at the back of the truck parking area. There is also an operating center full of wonderful people. The entrance is on the east side of the Pilot truck stop. Come in and say hello!

To all the drivers whining are you more secure at any other truckstop or rest area? You do have a fenced secured lot to park in here! Also they Do offer Free showers without it going against your points, alls you have to do is ask and you can get the same here as any other OC! In fact you have more Food to choose from! I would rather be hear than Phoenix Oc! Btw, there is a secured lot in the back but then again some drivers Have to park in the front row.
