It was ok, I learned what I needed to but the instructor assigned was impatient and at times unnecessarily rude, and it was snowing too. That was from my first lesson, I've had 3 more and they were all pretty good. First lesson wasn't fun but I guess it's not that bad.

Ok instructors but highly unprofessional and rude front desk service, lady yelled at me and called names and proceeded to hung up on me because I asked her not to yell at me and talk over me so i can tell her what happened. I still have not received my driving paper on the mail.

Really nice instructor. Not impressed with Michelle who typically answers the phone. They charge you $30 if you need to cancel a drive time. I scheduled a drive time and later that day forgot it wouldn't work. I called to cancel the same day. They had a week to offer that time to someone else. No exceptions, still charged $30. That is really extreme. We had never cancelled before.

Everyone was great except for “Mike Ward” he was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He yells at his students, we were not here to get yelled at, instead were here to learn. He has no respect with other people, he thinks he is the most superior one. I am sorry AA driving school, you dont deserve to be given 1 star rating but he is not a great fit for your school.

Two of my sons have gone through their classes now. They have been so supportive and helpful. Neither one had any difficulty passing their tests, and both are excellent drivers. I will say, I miss the classes they used to give, but the on-line works well and is very informative.

Two of our children completed the six hour supervised drives, all was well, they have been driving on their own and seem to have an understanding of the rules on the road. Did not give five stars because there was nothing "exceptional" that transacted between the drivers and student. The drivers were present, timely, and did there parts instructing the students.

They are great teachers and they have a very helpful support staff. We had to deal with support staff a lot because the paperwork was wrong more than once. Maybe more communication with the BMV?

My daughter went for her second driving session today. The support staff immediately pointed out that the shoes she was wearing were not closed toe, so we were asked to go to the Goodwill nearby to buy a pair! When I politely asked her why she was allowed to wear open-toed shoes for her first lesson, the lady apologized but refused to take responsibility and gave us 2 options- either buy a pair of shoes within 7 mins (which we tried but soon realized that we couldn't realistically get back in time!) or we could cancel but pay a fine of 30$! They could have specified their rules in the reminder email instead of dumping everything in fine prints on the contract! Will I go back? Yes because we already paid for 6hr lessons! Will I recommend to others? probably not! I must say the instructor Rick was very nice on my girl's first class!

I took driver's ed here in the spring shortly before turning 23, and my experience was nothing but wonderful. The receptionists were incredibly accommodating, and didn't charge me when I had to miss a drive because of a storm. I drove with Mike, Kathy, and Dillon, and took my test with Larry. They were all beyond kind and patient with me, and my driving improved dramatically over the course of only six hours of driving with the school. Not once did I feel judged for being an adult out of college getting a license. Thanks to Indiana Driving School I got my license very quickly, and I have been on the road on my own for two months now. I'm shocked at the reviews saying that instructors were rude -- all of them seemed so happy to be doing what they were doing, and they were all very friendly. Learning to drive is an intimidating experience, and everyone here made it so much more approachable for me!

I felt like the staff at AA Driving School were partners in helping me help my teen obtain his drivers license. They provided helpful advice on taking the online course, studying for the written exam, filling out the documentation at the DMV, scheduling the driving lessons, and taking the road test with them. I have a very busy schedule and I like that I get email reminders for the driving lessons. My teenager completed all his lessons and road test and I avoided all cancelation fees thanks to the email reminders.
