They fired their best teachers last year. I don't know why students are still signing up at this school! They are overpriced and the teachers are mostly amateurs. Do a better research in Chicago before you sign up here. There are many better schools

School is overpriced and my first month and a half I was in the wrong level group by their mistake and didn't learn anything new because of this. I had only one good teacher Aaron. I studied there for two months and we paid 10 200 up front for 6 month. It's been 45 days since they promised refund and still didn't give any money back!!!!! They own us 7 200, but promised to refund 6 300 because they had written on extremely small letters other refund policy which they never told us. Stuff constantly laying to me about refund. First they told me that they will send to the bank account, than they told us that they will send us check though fedex, which never existed and we never got it. Than director called me than they will send to the card and they asked card details. Guess was? Till now I still never got any money back. Now I am wondering what will be the next lay to not return money. I find out later same guality schools twice cheaper: Solex college, BIR training center and Information Institute. All of them also have locations in the loop but charge while less and give money back if you leave. KAPLAN IS MONEY SCAM
