I am posting this in reference to the IELTS examination that is conducted at this center. If I could, I would give a rating below 1 star. The IELTS staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. I am not sure if the rules are so rigid themselves or the staff refuses to accommodate any requests. Also the speaking section is held a day before the written sections which is such a colossal waste of time. The center also has stupid policies like asking people to submit any special requests 3 months ahead of time or they do not even bother to listen. I mean who applies 3 months in advance for a test like IELTS or TOEFL and also at the same time has an idea of what emergencies might come up? Arguably the worst test center that I have ever been to, and I have been to many (even in 3rd world countries).

Studying there Is an interesting experience and useful as well. Every class have a unique style which mean you will never get bored and there is a lot of events and activities the school sets.

The students whose has english as a second language, which they are learning by taking ielts test. Its is very hard to understand in the listening section that they kept the exam on the speaker not on headset, In my country they keep the listening section on headset so that we can understand easily whatever they communicate in the exam ,it is very bad experience for me here in United States which know as advance country in the world in my country.

I called this test center and the lady on the phone was extremely rude.! I needed manager's number for IELTS test. The Indian accented lady on the phone got annoyed when I was typing the number she was giving me. She hanged up the phone without saying anything. The second time I called her she admitted that she got annoyed by the noise my phone made when I was typing the number. She told me I must have a paper and pen to write down the number! She must learn how to be polite to people or should not work there!

I wanna start saying thank you to God, because I’m here, alive, enjoying this experience, just because of Him... thank you to my parents for all the support, for believe in me and for give me the opportunity to have the best experience in my whole life... thank you to my family here in USA! Mike, I just had the firts day of class with Mike as a substitute in april and one class in the second month, but that’s enough for me to prove you are a person who has a big heart!
