I took the course and when I went to the courthouse to make my driver's test after six months with my permit they still hadn't sent in the information stating that I had completed the course we called them and when we finally go ahold of them they said they would send it in. It has been two weeks and they still havent it is getting really frustrating. There are several other people who have been having the same problem it is ridiculous.

Three children and three written test passes first try. We wanted a short class and in the beginning (5 years ago) it was only 2 weeks of classes and then driving. Our first daughter got all she needed and passed the written test on the first try, even when the Drivers license Deputy told us 70% don't pass the first time. Our second daughter completed 3 years ago and because of our good experience, we went with R & R again. She did well in the class even though she struggles with reading. She too passed the written the first time, they both passed the driving but I could claim that was all our directions. :) Well today our son took the written at Drivers License and passed first try. Passed the driving and got praised by the instructor that he was a very good driver. He was just as smart as the other two, but he didn't think he needed to read the book at R&R and had to take the final exam twice to pass. Austin worked with William and made sure he knew what he needed to pass. Austin was great at the parent meetings explaining why they teach the way they do. First rate group. They have been in Pocatello a long time and they are my first recommendation.

Classes were amazing a really great teacher. But as soon as i went in to turn my permit into a license it was a long and frustrating process. The permit they gave me was invalid and i needed to buy a new permit and they didn't inform me on it. So i bought a new permit and all they need to do is enter all my test scores but now it's been like 3 days of them trying to figure it out. It's aggravating and it's getting expensive. And other students have had this problem as well, super annoying.
