Granted it's Easter Sunday. I'd been looking for a drivers education class for several teens. Expecting Dynamic to be closed. I called the number they'd given on their website. Seeing they're closed, I'd planned to leave a voicemail.
To my surprise they answered. I thought, 'wow', excellent customer service! But after I stated I was inquiring about their driver's education classes.
They became extremely agitated rudely saying
"SERIOUSLY!?!..IT'S EASTER SUNDAY!
I apologized, saying I as sorry. I'd expected them to be closed and meant to leave a voicemail to get back to me when they'd opened. She began to give several excuses, expecting a personal call and proceeded to tell me how I should've text or leave a proper message.
At this piont I was sorry I'd even called and tried to say I'd just call back later. The lady on the other end kept demanding I follow her instructions. Like now I owed it to her. Finally I just had to hang up.
This impression and lack of professionalism isn't the first experience with this owner. There's a clear shortage of patience and lack of understanding.
unfortunately my teens and the other families have made a clear decision. Not to go with the owners of this company.
Always follow that gut feeling!
I have to ask. What happened to Dynamic? I've had 2 other teens go through Dynamic years ago.(owned by a wonderful person at the time. But it was this now new owner who then had advised against Dynamic) It turned out they where wrong! Infact I chose Dynamic back then because of the old owners professionalism insisting on only speaking well of you and the other schools. Regardless of how hard you spoke against them then. I found your bad attitude unprofessional and in bad taste. I'm disappointed the individual who advised so many other's against Dynamic now owns it and foolish for calling.
Its unfortunate this has been my experience once again.
I don't normally leave reviews. But I felt this was important.
I didn't like the drama then, I hope to save anyone from a simular experience I've had when is given him a second chance after the first putting 1 of my children through his class anyway.
You know, it's so exciting (and scary) for our new young drivers. A nervous new driver has it's own dangers on its own. I did so much worse when my dad was screaming at me when I was learning to drive. Patience should be mandatory in this profession!
Always remember! Only you know what's best for your child!
