A good place to pass. Safety Driving school is a great place to get your license, it is a fun learning environment and the teacher there, Antonella, is very friendly. Your driving is done with one of three people, Antonella, Aldo, or Lori. I only drove with Aldo and Antonella and they were both very nice and were calm. Your first impressions of Aldo might not make it seem like hes a nice guy in the car but he is and makes sure you get what you need to know to be safe on the road. If you have read other reviews you might hear that they smoke, which they do, but never in the car or in the classroom. The classroom does smell like smoke a little bit but it did not bother me and it wasn't very strong so for those concerned about it just go there first before signing up to see if the school is right for you. Overall the teachers were nice and made a real connection to you, I felt that they really cared, and I passed my driving test today with them so I would defiantly recommend Safety Driving School.

I would never recommend going here to anyone. Yes, you do learn how to drive, however the experience is very poor, and unbelievably unprofessional. Classes are mostly sitting around and talking with classmates, instead of actually learning. The whole place smells like cigarettes, and the “instructors” constantly swear at the students. Overall, going here is a mistake if you don’t want to have unprofessional people teaching, swearing at, and profusely smoking in front of your kids.

My expiriance was terrible. As soon as I opened the door I smelled cigarette snoke and it was terrible . The place looks very dirty and unclean. I would never send my child there.

I just want to say that Safety Driving School is the best! My instructor, Loriana, was absolutely amazing. The way she teaches had me passing my test on the first try. Shes very friendly and won't give up on you til you get it right and are comfortable in the drivers seat. I highly recommend going to this driving school!

I was a student there and they are the best of the best. I highly recomend this place its simple they work with you you dont work with them. I have a busy life im part of the firedepartment i have a full time job and the job had crazy hours and they managed to get me through on my time and its amazing. I am telling you, this is THE BEST driving school out there! I was one of the worst drivers out there; probably tried 6 driving schools and Aldo got me ready for my road test in 1 month! His wife squeezed me into her already busy schedule and I am so forever grateful because I was having such a hard time becoming a good driver. I would rate them 10 stars if I could! You WILL pass your test if you go with Safety Driving School. They know what they're doing!

This is the best driving school in CT, I had such a smooth experience and they prepared me so well for my road test. My biggest fear before I started here was driving, and when I walked out of the door after my license test, I knew I was prepared for anything on the road.

Best driving school out there. Antonella and Aldo, the owners, and their daughter Lorianna, are amazing at their job. They don't quit until both they and you are 110% you will pass the drivers test with flying colors. I, personally, love the way they teach the lessons; its fast and to the point, but they go in enough detail for you to know what exactly they are teaching you means. When Antonella teaches, she enforces the content, all while making us laugh and making the class that much more enjoyable. I drove with Lorianna once, shes funny and keeps awkward tension low by talking to you and making jokes. Its so much fun to be in the car with her because it just feels like youre driving with a best friend. My other driving hours were with Aldo. He's a great guy; he teaches you independence on the road, while still making sure you know what is lawful and what isn't. He gives you advice on your errors and explains to you what could happen if you made that error in other circumstances. I felt safe with both of them and, honestly, wish I could just hang out with them.

If you are looking to pass the driving test as a good driver, look no further. It's a family owned business which is another reason to come here and support your local economy. The best has to be the instructors, Antonella and Aldo. They are tremendous people who will go to all ends to help you, granted you are willing to learn and cooperate.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Safety Driving School from the outside may look a little drab but, it has a lot of character. You may feel uncontrollable when first meeting Antonella and other teachers at the school but they honestly care for their students. Over the four months, I attended the school I really enjoyed it. Antonella's teaching was informative. She was really easygoing and relatable for students. Her vast knowledge prepared me for the road. Thanks.
