My results are what was expected, I received my CDL A. The course of instruction on the "field" is lack luster as there is no pre-determined way that the tasks should be taught. Having one instructor one day teach you one way and the next day getting a different way to conduct the maneuver. Overall the instructors in the classroom cover the material they are given. You certainly walk out of the classroom with a knowledge of what is expected of you when are out and are conducting the job that you are trying to have. You certainly get out of the school what you put into it. Work hard, get the information that you need and don't quit!!

MY Personal experience.. TL:DR - CDL-B class, first 2-days are boring, but after that it begins to get more interesting. No truck nor manual transmission experience needed, you’ll learn it easily. Teamwork, and a little self confidence with serious attitude! Get it done! Fyi - Passed my test on first attempt and it really paid off taking the program! I joined the program with no experience at all with trucks nor driving manual transmission. I attended the CDL-B class and the first 2 days, honest to god, boring as hell. These 2 days are set to give all the information you need for the permit test that you must pass in preparation for next week’s class (The classes are weekends.) Once those two days are over and have the stuff needed for next week, the actual fun begins. The rest of the program will be learning about the truck and getting a feel for it. At first it’ll be A LOT to take in, however working together with others REALLY helps. The driving was nerve wrecking for me, I’ve never driven shift nor a truck in my life. My instructor assisted me in overcoming this obstacle. The more I went out on the road, the less hard and scary it was. I’ve been attending the CDL-B class for a month. (Just Wednesday evening and weekends.) I learned to drive the box trucks and stick shift! Great experience!

I took the Full course Monday to Friday 12:30 till 5:30. Two weeks to get your permit with Gus. If you stay attentive in class and study you should get your permit quick. Than after that ten weeks in another class with David. This class was amazing you want to talk about in depth, this takes class takes you into the depths of the trucking industry everything from reading a map, tips on how to deal with shippers and receivers, hours of service, FMCSA laws, DOT laws, everyday we did a paper log to get used to logging everything we do. Everyday Dave trained us on our Pre-trip, Brake test, under the hood, circle check, and drop and hook! By the time I left that class I already memorized everything. There is so much more we covered in class you just have to go for it and take it. Dave is an amazing teacher your able to ask him questions and pick his brain about the industry. After 10 weeks inside you head outside to start you training in the trucks for 10 weeks! First 2 weeks is straight line backing with Brandon. Next 4 weeks is a combination of blind side and site side parallel parking with Everett than after that 2 weeks ally docking with Charles than 2 weeks pretty much everything combined. When you are comfortable you will get an EVALUATION with either Jerry or Geo, bassically a test to take the real test. Jerry explained everything perfectly to me told me the in's and out's of the test. He prepared me for the test so I knew what to do. You get tons of road time which is great, the instructors really let you in on a lot of the does and don't of driving, how to drive safe, how to up shift, how to down shift, ect. Overall I give this school 5 stars there are some instructors that are not top tier but as long as you stay with the good ones you will be golden. My time at Nettts was great I forgot to mention all the people in the offices were really nice and if you have any questions they can steer you in the right direction. I know I am missing a lot of instructors names but they know who they are you guy's really were amazing. Study everyday, listen to the instructors, ask questions and you will pass this test with flying colors. I have a clean driving record and a clean background I was instantly hired by a company. I leave for training in a couple of weeks! If your thinking about joining this CDL school and are on the fence about it, I am here to tell you to go for it! You won't regret it!

Not very convenient for working people with families, instructors are great, but unless you have lots of help at home it is gonna be difficult to manage school and work. Learn on your own platform graduation date is bogus, I would have preferred Allstate. This school has a lot of positive reviews with no feed back....odd!!!!!

This "school" isn't even worth one star! So its starts off with a recruiter to come speak about how "great" this school is, which is a LIE! They just want your money, once you get into the school you get your ear talked off about the teachers past experiences in life, some that has NOTHING to do with learning how to drive a truck! Once you pass the actual lecturing part you are sent outside in hopes that your going to be getting lessons and driving, that is NOT the case here at this "school". This is a learn on your own type of place. THESE WORKERS DO NOT CARE! They must all be way underpaid because they truly don't give a **** about the students or actually getting them on the road to learn what they are PAYING THE SCHOOL FOR! It seems as if no one knows what they're doing there, specifically CARLTON, he does not know what it means to be a supervisor. He's always so overwhelmed with any task at hand. WHY? IS THIS NOT YOUR JOB TO SUPERVISE?! This place is UNORGANIZED! They tell you a graduation month that you are supposed to be out of there which is again ANOTHER LIE! to top it off, there are hardly any working trucks! this place is a SCAM!!! Not only will I be making a complaint here, but I also will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, NEWS 12 and NEWS 8. You have students there waiting to graduate and actually start working and making some money and not wasting months on end at your "school" waiting for you people to get your **** together!!!! Stop making excuses and do what you advertise!!!!!!!!!!! Everyday is another excuse on why people cant actually get into a truck with a teacher and get on the road. If its lack of employees then hire more and get rid of the low life losers that are already there. This place is a waste of not only time but money. Unprofessional and unorganized! Stop lying and making EXCUSES to your students and actually give them what they are paying you for, which is simply to drive trucks, not stand around waiting all day.

I'm so happy for everyone starting their new career here with nettts but they need their own roads because they're slow as .... I run from them when I see them.

Best school to get your CDL

Ragnar Weskar

I am a former graduate. This particular NETTS strengths were adequate CDL permit preparation, thorough pre-trip inspection, good trucking career exploration options, free class repeats for preparation for CDL road test in case the student fails. Now onto their weaknesses, too much group training not enough one-on-instruction, inadequate at preparing basic vehicle control test portion, inadequate at preparing student for driving the tractor-trailer on the road, and expensive tuition compared to lower price schools with more one-on-instruction. The schools also uses old worn-out equipment which is not representative of actual trucks and trucking equipment.
