we just finished the 8 hour class. wwhhheee - chase 2 driving school was so shabby, so dis-organized , so unprofessional - not a good experience. rick, the owner/ instructor made it well known his total dislike for : the town of west haven , the state of connecticut, state of ct. DMV - how that is needed in a class designed to teach parents/ new drivers is beyond me. at one point of the 'class' rick let us know it took him 7 1/2 hours to register a vehicle at DMV recently. then rick went on rant - blaming immigrants for backing up the service at DMV. the chase 2 driving school should stick to providing information to make drivers safe, and to pass the DMV tests. the owner/ instructor should keep his hateful, racist remarks for the pub or the 'good life' at the villages in florida. * parents - chase2 was a shaby looking, feeling place, and the instructor that we had was so disorganized, so unprofessional - i encourage you to shop around before allowing your child to sign up at chase2. july/'19

My experience at Chase 2 driving school was terrible, the place was very disorganized, everything is dirty/dusty. I went with my daughter for the parents class which is supposed to be 2 hours, the first 30 minutes the owner/instructor did not stop talking about the many cars he owns, how much he hates the state on CT, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and the City of West Haven, and his language was not the most appropriate or professional. I do not recommend this place!

Mr. B is one of if not the best teacher i’ve ever had in my 18 years of life. He taught the content while making it fun and enjoyable so it stuck in my mind better, he is seriously a great guy. 100% recommend this school to anyone needing any requirements for their license

Took the 30 hour class “the complete teen course” and Chase 2 was AMAZING! Great instructors, great classes and the staff was nothing but nice Corrie was AWESOME and friendly definitely going to miss the staff

The road instructor was absolutely terrible. Did not answer my questions properly or give instructions well. When it came to parallel parking, backing etc, told me to rely on my judgment rather than provide me with specific steps. Now being a novice driver I rely on knowing specific steps when it comes to parking and she outright refused to help. As for the 8 hour class.....meh....the teacher seemed more intent on reliving his drug alcohol days than actually teaching the class. True some of the stories he told was good but most was irrelevant. He also has a habit of being very loud and picking on the more shy classmates. Infact one girl in my class left midway and had to be convinced to come back because the teacher Mr B kept picking on her! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've tried many driving schools in the area, and Chase 2 Driving School is one of, if not the best in the region! They're open at reasonable times, they always call back if they've missed your call, and they actually communicate with you ahead of time if there are any issues. The instructors are really friendly and knowledgeable on both driving and the area around them. They're very patient as well, and you can tell they want you to pass your test just as badly as you do! I needed last minute help before my DMV license appointment, and Chase provided the service I needed. I wouldn't have passed my test without them! :D

I’m 20 and for the 8 hour drug and safety course, 2 hour road lessons, and I got to take the test at their Cite with their car was $380.00!! I took the 8 hour course all in one go on a Saturday 9-6 and Mr.B kept the class fun, interesting, and relatable! I took my two hour driving with Corrie and she was amazing! We worked on the things I was nervous about and was taught exactly what to expect on my test! I passed on my first try! Corrie was amazing she made me feel prepared and kept reassuring me while I waited for the rest that i was ready! The staff was awesome and the other kids who atteneded with me were all kind and great to be around!

Amazing experience! I drove with Kevin and he was extremely nice and helpful. He has a very calming presence, I highly recommend him! I was a little late to book a session for my test at the DMV but Corrie agreed to do it because I had no other options. She also helped me to get mentally ready before the test and I passed!

I am an older driver who took the test after many years of not driving I was to say the least very nervous Corrie picked me up to go take the test and things instantly got better. I honestly can't say enough about the experience would highly recommend Chase II and especially Corrie who turned a nerve wracking experience into something actually fun Thank-You Corrie. I'm very satisfied I decided to do business with Corrie she made shore she got me a open spot for a two hour road session with instructor Janee. Corrie she's a very respectful nice woman who came to pick me up the morning of my road test at DMV. Corrie also encouraged me to have a clear mind. jaynee she's great at being a instructor she the woman who gave me beautiful instructions for two hours practicing on the road and a parking lot like how to do a three pointer turn and reversing in to a spot without make in mistakes. Janee very calm,respectful and have patient's. I also did my 8 hour class at chase 2 driving school. My advice to anyone looking for a great place to do business at is Chase 2 driving school. Please do not cheat yourself by paying less money some place else not getting the proper needs met. Do not look or think about the prices chase 2 driving school have reasonable awesome prices that fit the needs to learning to drive and passing the road test. Trust me I know because I PASSED my road test yesterday. <3 Thank you for your business and time i appreciate you and your business.

Driving school was great! everyone was super nice. I did the complete teen course and Corrie was so great when it came to scheduling road lessons and filling in for other instructors. I felt well prepared going into the test, and passed with no problems!

The receptionist was very polite. The instructor ( Mr. B) for the 8 hr course was fun and careful while explaining the do's & don't. He also gave tips on driving. I will recommend "Chase 2" to family & friends.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. they go over everything in detail and they care and want you to pass your test. with the driving classes they give you the info necessary to pass and i gotta say it helped me more than anything, definitely worth it

Doesn't recommend. I booked and paid for the class online, but didn't receive any confirmation or any info. I called the front desk, which took couple of hours to answer my call and scheduled the class. They assured to send an email confirmation and a reminder phone call at least a day before the class. However, no one called or emailed and the instructor came in for the class with no notice and we had to reschedule the 2 hour class to 1 hour due to this. Appreciate that they were able to reschedule the class fairly easily. I agree I should've kept myself a reminder but they should do what they promised to do. Now regarding the class, the instructor seemed not to be familiar with the local routes and asked the student for the best routes for learning! How come we know about the local routes when we don't have any driving experience! Finally we ended up doing more than 30 minutes of reverse parking since the instructor wasn't prepared or he didn't want to drive on the local roads! Did classes with other local instructors and had better experience with them. Unfortunately, from these guys we don't think it worth what we paid.

I did 6 hours of Lesson with Corrie and I am proud to say within my 90 day limit I got my drivers license. She taught me everything I needed to know, with sound advice, and utmost professionalism. I would recommend Chase 2 and especially Corrie to everyone. I will be going back for more practice and can't wait to see my instructor :)

I loved this school Corrie is such an amazing teacher,and really knows what she is talking about all you have to do is listen ,and she'll give you the tools to pass your test .( I should know I passed today on my first try) She is a very nice person,and talks to you which really helps when trying to remain calm while driving. I wish I could give them more stars !

Best money I’ve ever spent. Ridiculously helpful and polite. Loved their personality and quality of care. Highly recommend taking the driving lessons and driving test with them, it’s one less headache and the process was so smooth and stress-free, I’m glad I did it.

I had such a great experience with Chase 2 Driving School. Cori was such a great instructor and was very professional when it came down to handling the paperwork, and the scheduling. I've had several instructors take me out and they were all fabulous. Everyone that has taken me out was not only knowledgeable but also patient and offered great tips and tricks for driving. They worked me to get my license and made sure that I was prepare for my road test. If you are looking for a driving school I would highly suggest this one and they have great packages which I was able to take advantage of. I was referred by a good friend of mine who came to Chase 2, and I received my license with their assistance so you are definitely in good hands.
