keith was my tester, he didn’t tell me what to do until last minute so i was a bit confused while taking the test. he grabbed the wheel while i was taking my test to avoid hitting a pothole like i couldn’t do it myself. he said i failed my test because i broke 3 traffic laws but only told me one of those laws which was not stopping all the way at a stop sign , he said i need to count at the stop signs to know when to go and after i spoke with someone else from a different driving school they said that wasn’t correct. when we got back to the place he said “ well that was fun “ in the most satirical tone.

Additionally, James hooked us up with Wayne for the required 6 hours of instructed driving lessons. Wayne was fantastic! Kind, punctual, and super chill. This place has great teachers! They are very cooperative and understanding. They are so helpful and prepare you so well for your permit test. Eight people in my class got a 100% on their permit test! I learned a lot about driving laws and different rules of the road. They teach in a way to where you remember all the important information they teach you every day. Mr. Keith who was one of my teachers did a great job in preparing my class for the permit test.

Friendly staff and a convenient location, with the DMV being just down the street. The classroom has a wide array of activities for learning the rules of the road and explains them thoroughly. Personally, I would recommend more up-to-date informational videos in various lessons.

Not Happy! Feel scammed! It was not mentioned our own car wasn't going to be used when making the appointment for a driving test. Found out while walking to take test. My 6'2" brother, with his bad back, had to test in a compact car with a sticky accelerator. He complained twice during the test how fast the car felt and guess what? He was marked down for going 2-3 miles over the limit, several times. There goes $50 unless we want to give them more money ($40) to test again. Bro has been a safe driver for 40 years in another state. Walked away feeling there wasn't enough transparency to consider this an honest experience.

This is a really amazing driving school at a fairly reasonable price. Offers 6 hours of driving with a local driving instructor to help further passing. Staff is very friendly, good with communication, punctual and the fact they left out little goodies for everyone made the place feel more welcoming. I had Ms. Becky as a class instructor, she was absolutely fantastic! Always enthusiastic when entering class, stayed to a reseaonable spead until the entire class could comprehend everything, offered candy when people were eager answering car safely questions and more.

Haven’t had a ticket in well over twenty years and got nabbed for 10 over on the I. Signed up for this class to avoid a moving violation and was pleasantly surprised with the content and quality of what was reviewed. I did not learn anything New, but this proved to be an excellent review and reminder that our everyday task of driving can turn deadly in the blink of an eye if you let your guard down or do not pay vehicle safety he respect it deserves. Our instructor, Keith, was very knowledgable and passionate about safety and his role in education. Absolutely an ESSENTIAL course for new young drivers and a great reminder for all others!! I will be a reminded and better driver tomorrow than I was yesterday thanks to this class. Well done!

Robert was very accommodating, as I was a walk in and got me in. Definitely recommend American driving academy if you need to get your driving test done!!!!

I stopped in here this morning to check on taking a drive test. The older guy running the front was unpleasant from the very start of my conversation with him. He told me that they really only take appointments and that I should "really plan my life better" and that there were other places I could go to if I was in a hurry. He then started talking about one of their competitors that's right next to the DMV (National Drivers Training) and said "they are rude and mean, don't go there" I thought that it was absolutely hysterical that this rude, mean man was telling me that the other place was worse than he was, so naturally I had to check it out. They were amazing, and they got my money. Knocking your competitors makes you look lazy and weak, especially if you can't even be cordial to potential customers in the process.
