I'd like to give Bond Driving School major kudos. Was not able to find a certificate needed for a new driver in the family taking his test in an hour. Called Bond to see if the could FAX or email a copy. Was told the DMV will only accept an original. They knew we were under a time crunch and found an instructor to courier over a replacement document immediately. They met us off HWY50 and Sunrise on our way to the Folsom DMV. They went the extra mile for their customer! In this case miles :-) Thank You Bond Driving School

Wish I could give a zero. We've had several children train with these people. Our latest child has had a tough time with DMV. This school wants to pay an additional $ 120 for a 1/2 hour session. They didn't properly prepare the student for the exam.

Their driver in their Prius just ran the stop sign in front of my house doing 40 mph while my children were clearly playing in in the front yard. Way to set a great example for their students.

I found driving schools that were SLIGHTLY cheaper but decided to go with Bond because my sister's kids had a good experience there. The instructors were prompt and really patient with my 15 1/2 yr old son. Today, Bond picked my son up from home, drove him to the DMV, and he took the test in their car. He passed with flying colors and they returned him home. Because I'm new to the whole "teenage driving" part of motherhood, I called their office a few different times with different questions and they were always friendly and informative. My son came home from each of his lessons to share a positive experience. My 13 year old will be going to Bond in a couple years :) I don't have one negative thing to say about them.

THIS IS THE WORST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER!!! THEY REFUSE TO GUARANTEE THEIR SERVICE SO DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UP FRONT LIKE THEY REQUIRE (THAT'S A HUGE RED FLAG- "I'VE GIVEN YOU NO SERVICE, BUT GIVE ME YOUR $"). THEY REFUSED TO CALL US BACK, REFUSED TO TAKE OUR CALLS, REFUSED TO REFUND OUR $248 FOR NO SERVICES RENDERED, & REFUSED TO REFUND WHEN WE DISPUTED THE CHARGE THROUGH OUR BANK, STATING, "WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY." SO THIS IS THEIR POLICY: "WE, BOND, TAKE YOUR MONEY FIRST WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE YET, DON'T CARE IF YOUR DISSATISFIED WITH THE ZERO SERVICE PROVIDED, DON'T CARE IF YOU DON'T FEEL SAFE LETTING YOUR DAUGHTER DRIVE WITH US DUE TO OUR NON-RESPONSIVENESS TO YOU, & EVEN IF YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR BANK WE REFUSE TO REFUND BECAUSE THAT $248 IS OURS!!!" WHAT BUSINESS OPERATES THIS WAY?! WE HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL WITH THE BANK, & REPORT THEM TO THE BBB & WILL TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF NEEDED BECAUSE THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS, WHAT ON EARTH DO THEY CARE ABOUT $248 FOR?! ARE THEY THAT DESPERATE?! I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR IN ORDER TO POST, WHAT A JOKE THEY DESERVE -10 STARS!

I wish I'd seen Emma's review before calling these people. What a bunch of shysters. I called for information and before hanging up they had a credit card number and I was scheduled for the whole package. At no time did they mention a "strict no refund policy." In fact they only sent that info AFTER I cancelled. They are now billing me an extra $130 for cancelling. Grand total from credit card $1455 just for the pleasure of driving around for 2 hours with an instructor--in my own vehicle! Instructor's report on driving ability showed "within normal limits" !!! I agree with Emma, Small Claims Court here we come.
