I would recommend this school to all my friends. The girls in the office were extremely helpful. I checked out all of there cars and I was impressed. I made sure all of there instructors were licensed. Chris was my instructor, he was younger than me, but he knew everything about driving. Thanks Chris

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter, payed for a 3 day class in advance. They are very unorganized, unprofessional and not reliable. 1st day they called her saying they would be here 10min. late. They are still picked her up then went to office to pick up her paperwork, then went on my payed time to go put gas, made a pit stop to the instructor's HOUSE! Lady complained to my daughter about her job, and never explaining or teaching her. This was just the first day. I called complained to the manager. He sounded like he totally agreed with me and said, that that wasn't how they ran there business. Promised, me an extra hour to make up for the lost time, I payed for 1/2 hour on top of her 2hrs, the next to classes. He also changed the instructor. 2nd class, they called the night b4 left her voicemail that they moved her 7a.m app. to 10. 1st of all her appt was at 10:30. They don't even know there schedule. Then at 10 called to say they we're going to be late and picked her up at 10:30, which was her original time anyways. He still went and put gas in her time. She got home and didn't get her 1/2 extra that day. So on her following class I talk to the instructor, He said he could not give her more time because he didn't have the time, but would go to the office to ask manager. I called the manager, He didn't want to talk me. Finally when he did I told him my daughter had been getting the extra half an hr. He said why does she need extra time! Then I said because you promised. So he remembered me, but apparently no one told the instructor. Still she NEVER got her extra 1hr. And when the instructor took her for her last class told her to tell me, it was her fault (meaning my daughters fault) for not telling him. What the!!!!! That's the kind of business these people run.

The person that I had was really good. He talked a lot, so he was quite distracting a lot of times. But he was really patient and that's what I needed. someone who will bare with me and don't make me feel terrible when I make mistakes. He let me go on the freeway on the first day. I wish that we didn't spend almost 30 minutes on the first day going over the DMV manuel because it's really something that I could have just studied myself, and it was 30 minutes of my driving time. I took a 4 hours course, and it was the right amount. I passed so nothing to complain really. I recommend A to Z especially it's cheaper than most schools.

This is the place to go if you want to learn how to drive. Marcus was such a chill, patient and helpful dude/instructor at every moment I was with him during the lessons. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor! I went from no experience one day to having a lot of confidence in myself after taking lessons with him... Thanks A-Z and Marcus for all the help!

Markus was an amazing teacher. He was very patient and friendly throughout and made me feel comfortable each time I was behind the wheel. He also tested me several times, which was very useful to have a better idea on which areas I needed to focus on. He made sure I enjoyed each class and helped me feel relaxed even though I was very scared at times (new in California and at driving!). The school was very accommodating with my schedule and focused on providing good client service at all times. Highly recommended!

MY SON JUST PASSED HIS DRIVING TEST AT NORCO DMV (ONLY 1 POINT OFF) - HIS DRIVING INSTRUCTOR DENISE WAS ABSOULTELY GREAT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND ON TIME, I PAID EXTRA FOR HER TO TAKE HIM TO THE DMV FOR THE ACTUAL DRIVING TEST SO SHE CAME 1 HR BEFORE AND WENT OVER THE THINGS HE NEEDED EXTRA HELP ON. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR MY SON WITH NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER - THANK YOU DENISE AND A TO Z SCHOOL
