I was fearing the class would be boring and a big time waste .But today in Batesville the instructor- I think Rob, did a great job specifically with explaining tactical ways to avoid accidents and the demonstration provided meaningful tactics for self defense. This was court mandated for me.

However you ended up here, you are one of the lucky ones. The classroom education and practical driving experience the folks at Thompson Driving School provided to my child are literally priceless. How much is your child worth? The cost of a new phone? Or a weekend trip to the beach? Those things come and go, and don't last. Education for your precious child will be with them for a lifetime. I know some people think that driver education isn't necessary except for maybe weekend driving around the neighborhood or supermarket parking lot. But we all know there is so much more to it than that. Being responsible for a 2000+ lb. vehicle that has the capability to get us where we need to go, time after time, also has the ability to cause great harm, even in the best of circumstances. Not only can the driver be hurt, but, unfortunately, the driver can hurt others if things don't go their way. Thompson Driving School's curriculum is completely thorough and gives your student the tools she will need to be equipped to handle expected AND unexpected circumstances. I bet you would agree that your child or loved one is worth way more than the several hundred dollars it costs to get the PRICELESS education that Thompson's provides. I know my daughter is worth every penny. I encourage you to call and speak with Brock Thompson, who runs this amazing family-owned business. He can tell you all about the history of his company and what his vision is for every driver in Arkansas. This company is a class act, no doubt about it.

My daughter took the test 8 times prior to this class. After class she passed first try. I think thats awesome. Im suggesting this class to all teens for whatever issue they have in trying to pass their drivers test.

Every parent should consider signing the soon to be new driver up for this course. This course will offer material that cannot be found or explained to them in the book the state provides. It will give the knowledge and tools that they need to have to become the confident, safe drives that they will be.

I have been driving for 15 years and learned so much from taking the classroom course. I definitely recommend this to any driver that has not had proper driver's education. I wish I had taken a class at 14, it would have prevented minor accidents.

This is an excellent choice to send your child for driving lessons. They not only teach them how to drive, but they teach you how to drive defensively. I went through this program almost 10 years ago. They are very professional , friendly, and family orientated. They also saved my mom a ton of money on our insurance, So if you are reading this choose Thompson Driving because they are truly the best!!!!!

I am so glad I took these lessons at Thompson! They have a well thought out program spread across 4 classes that gradually build your confidence and make you familiar with driving on different routes and in varied conditions. The instructors take a real interest in teaching and make sure you know how to drive the right way. Everyone at Thompson also makes sure to help out their students in any way possible. My instructor, Chris, was absolutely great and extremely professional. Definitely recommend it to others!

The worst thing I’ve ever experienced!!!! Never go here because you don’t learn you only get traumatized by seeing crashes, get sick by looking at dead and decapitated bodies, hear personal stories from an EMT about deaths he experienced and how body parts look like they were blended up!!!!! There is no learning!!!!!!! Only scaring!!!!!! AWFUL PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

My son is on the autism spectrum and we chose to have him take the driving class at Thompsons. This was definitely the right decision. The class was excellent, covering all areas of driving techniques, driving laws and safety. The best part was the instructor, Robert. He was knowledgeable, helpful, funny and a great teacher. Thompson was well worth the time and the money. I highly recommend them for those parents who want their teenagers to be well-trained, safety-conscious and prepared. Thank you!
