It took a while to figure out how to sign up for the Online course but once aboard, it went smoothly. One comment I have relates to the time given for reading each screen. Most are either allotted too much time (a waste) or too little time (doesn't really matter but ego-deflating).

I had stomache issues and had to use the restroom, making me 3 minutes late. They would not let me in. So show up early or get screwed. I am a busy person, so wasting my time really ticks me off.

Super convenient and definitely EZ. Did at home on my crazy schedule. I love the fact that you can take part of the class and then log out and start right back where you left off in case you run out of time or you have a busy schedule like I do. It was easy it was straight to the point and informative and I would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't have to. This is my first time doing traffic school and hopefully my last... but if I did have to do it again I would do it through EZ because truly they couldn't have made it any simpler and more convenient.

They had me pay and set the class all up but did not mention until after I paid that there is a 2 hour BUSINESS waiting period to review and process the documents before I can take the online class. I have a job!!! I can't do a 4 hour class during the weekdays. The website gives you the impression that you can take care of your class right then but hides the fact that you CANNOT DURING THE WEEKEND unless you set it up earlier and submit your documents on a Friday ahead of time. I planned to have this done this weekend before my court date and now I cannot fulfill that and on top of it I already paid the fee so I can't just go find a different company. Thanks jerks!!!! STATE THE FACTS ON YOUR SITE BEFORE WE PAY SO WE DON'T SCREW OURSELVES OVER!!!

They have a nice, short registration online. Then recieved a reminder email about the class days later. It told me some things i knew and some i didnt. Very clear on where to go, when to arrive and what to bring. No surprises!

Speed is not your friend! This was drilled into our heads, I repeat this when I'm driving ans it reminds ne to check my speed and to slow down when needed. I learned alot in this class, it was made to be not so boring.

Hate the fees but online class was very easy and long (4hrs) but it was great cause you can stop and go. Works great on your phone. Questions are very self explanatory. Customer service is quick and helpful.

After calling multiple schools in regards to my local court waiving a court fee EZ AZ traffic school was the only knowledgeable school to know how to exactly do that. Terrible online class format. Not interactive at all. When I called, the girl said that it tells you it's not interactive on the website. This is NOT true. The least I expect is audio. What happens if English is not your first language? Also, After you get a glimpse of the syllabus, you can not see how far along you are once you've started the class. Timed sections are ridiculous. I do not need 3 minutes to read two small paragraphs. Do your research and DO NOT TAKE THIS ONLINE CLASS.

I was initially frustrated that I had to take this online course because of the situation that I resulted in my citation. Once registering for the course I was instantly able to start the course which itself was very informative and was formatted to the point of where it was actually interesting to review all of the information. Upon completing the course I was congratulated and given confirmation. A week after I finished the course I called the courts to ensure they received my results from EZ AZ, the courts claimed they did not so I called EZ AZ (Very frustrated and I will admit was rude) but the lady on the phone helped me step by step on what I need to do to get the courts situation settled and took the time to comfort me.. Very pleased with the customer service and whole experience... I hope I never have to go through this ever again in my life but if I do then I will definitely be going back to EZ AZ Traffic School! (Sorry for the long review)

Let's face it, no one wants to go to traffic school. Kudos to our instructor, Mrs. Perkins. She made the course interesting and kept it real sharing life's stories and getting the whole class involved. Being relatively new to the Phoenix area, I learned so much about how the laws here differ from where I came from. It doesn't matter how long you've been driving, there is always more to learn. I highly recommend EZ AZ!

I had a grate experience with this organization! I was able to register for the class over the phone 40 minutes before the class started. Francesca, was the representative who gave professional and friendly customer service. She explained my payments in advance, before my purchase. Francesca, even notified the instructor of my short notice registration. She informed me of what to take to class and the time to arrive. I showed up early and I'm glad I did because there was a lot of people for class that day, and the signing in took a few minutes. The class ended on time and the lessons really set me in a more mindful state of mind. Chrispin, the instructor was very knowledgeable and you could tell he really enjoys educating the public to keep a safe and vibrant community. He was even willing to take questions after and during the short break. Chrispen, kept the audience engaged by using real life seniors and open ended questions. He impacted me to be more mindful and aware of the responsibility I am given and trusted to keep my community and it's members safe. I am grateful I had this learning experience.

I did their online traffic school. It was easy and convenient, but unfortunately, they did not send my letter of completion to the court. This oversight resulted in a temporary suspension of my license. They corrected the problem and refunded my money, but it was super stressful.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! Even though there is never a good reason for having to take these type of courses, EZ Az Traffic School makes the experience a productive one. The option for taking it online is great! You can take breaks for the duration of the course, which makes it that much more convenient.

Ez Az Traffic should lower the amount cost for the 4 hours of the course. It was way too much for $ 238 dollars. Not every1 out there has this kind of funds right away. If this is your first ticket. Like me. Over all experience was ok. The instructor is retired ex cop. Who was funny. But not funny who put me on blass when I walked in few minutes late and the next person who did. The instructor did not really take his time explaining what I wanted to hear. He just went too fast. Cause he was beating within time limit. He was impatient and did not take his time on everything that should've been taught. He wasted my money's worth. I really wanted to learn. I heard everything and quickly. But he was not a good teacher. I expected more from this course. Not worth the course. But worth going for the heck of it. To sit and learn nothing. Ticket will get taken off your records 1 year. Is how it works threw the system. Oh. Well.
