I was highly impressed with the valuable information I received from instructor Zhivko during the defensive driving class on 03/28/2018. Despite it being a 4 hour long class, the instructor kept the class interesting through out. All the information was helpful & engaging!

the instructor had a very professional, patient and compassionate manner. He was thorough and answered all questions. No one wants to be in this kind of class, but Mr. Jay did a good job making sure we made it through the 4 hours. Thank you.

The online class was simple to follow and the test at the end a walk in the park. The information was good and videos a good reminder to drive safely. If you need to dismiss a ticket with defensive driving school, this is the way to do it. Customer service was quick when I submitted a question.
