Took the online course but was not able to finish in a timely fashion - nice people at AZ Fast 4 hour DD called to explain how to get an extension - I followed their advice and was able to finish the course. The best!!!

I enjoyed the Defensive Driving. It was only 4 hours but the Instructor Karol was very patient, informitive and taught alot of educational ofinformation. She made sure tthat weunderstood what she cpvered, including State Laws and penalties if you break the law. I don't think that she need Improvement and wllii refer family, friends and strangers to this class. Excellent Instructor

Accidentally purchased this course and called for a refund. I couldn't reach anyone at their office for two days and when I was finally able to reach someone they gave me a run around on getting my refund. The woman I spoke with was unclear on the "process" but basically told me she would contact me by tomorrow with an answer. When it's 245 dollars on the line and I had already waited two days that response wasn't acceptable. She would not give me any information on who else I could speak to to resolve the issue. She also didn't ask for my information so she clearly had no plan in refunding me. She also said I would be responsible for "processing fees". I now have to dispute the charge with my CC company. Don't use this shady company!

I think it's impossible to give a defensive driving class 5 stars but this one was close, the location was convenient and the class was easy to follow, I will say that there was too many people so it took a while to get signed in

Great price. Easy to use. The customer service is exceptional and the response time to questions by email is impressive!! If you have to take online traffic school, this is the place to do it!
