Our family moved to Provo about 8 months ago. I chose Dr. Jensen to be my kids new pediatrician and it has been a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and is great with my kids (4 & 7). The office lobby has a fun aquarium and little tents that my kids love to play in. The staff has been very sweet. We've been in a couple of times and every one has been super helpful.

Brett Davis is the best pediatrician we have ever went to! We have lived in other areas and I haven't found anyone that is as good as he is. He really cares about his patients and takes the time needed to do his job right and answer any questions.

Worst absolute front desk service!!!! I have dealt with multiple pediatric doctors offices and not once when it has come to an emergency appt to try and get your kid in because you have absolutely no idea what’s going on and your poor daughter has been screaming for over an hour and your told to call this office to set up an appt and the front desk is just rude because I called 7 MINUTES before 4:45 which apparently the time your allowed to call to schedule after hour appts which I was never told once during the 3 years I’ve been with valley pediatrics. This office has been terrible and gets worse each time I’ve had to go there (which has never been by choice) for after hours service for my kids but today took the cake with the rude front desk worker who was just ignorant and disrespectful all because I asked for a simple request to ask the doctor if we could schedule now so I can get her in ASAP, but no that was to much to ask for and then she puts me on hold for the 7 minutes to tell me she can now schedule me well of course you can you kept me on hold until 4:45 and thank god it’s nothing to serious with my daughter but what if it was and this is how she treats the next parent... poor service I refuse to return I would rather pay the er costs. So disappointed that she is an employee with such a great practice... we are definitely reconsidering our kids doctors now.

We love UV PEDS! We have seen a few different Dr's at Both the Provo offices and at the Orem office. We used to live in SLC and were going to a different office up there that we did not like at all. It was a breath of fresh air to come back to Utah County and see Dr Jeffrey Jensen. He is the best Dr! Our baby was sick and no one could tell us what was going on until we saw Dr. Jensen who discovered he had Strep and an Ear infection. We will never take our kids anywhere else. Highly recommend UV PEDS and especially Dr Jensen!

Dr. Mitchell Adams is our pediatrician. My husband shadowed him before we had our child and he respected Dr. Adams so much! we are excited to have him as our pediatrician. Service just gets worse and worse. Considering taking my 5 kids to a different pediatric office all together but I always had good service at the other location in the physicians plaza. Last time I came I waited an hour in the room before anyone saw us. Time before that the Dr told my daughter she was going to hold her down if she didnt listen this time they checked in the wrong child and made me refill out all my paperwork again only to come back and say they found it my son was just checked off as inactive. Idk how you do that when they have been seeing him since he was born. Not to mention the lady was so rude about it. Started asking me about the custody of my children and other things I cant figure out why. Im like weve been into the office 4 times in the last month 2 kids with ear infections my infant has RSV and you are asking me for a copy of my insurance card and treating me like I did something wrong. Unbelievable.

UV peds is great. I have really like all the doctors and staff that we've seen, and I really appreciate their after hours on the evenings and weekends. Appointnents are pretty easy to get and you never get pushed off thi the next day. There are a lot of online sources as well, so you can look into warning signs, etc, before you go in.

They were really rude to my family when I used to go to them a few years ago. I loved Dr. Laurett, who used to be my primary care physician, but the wait was super long and people didn't listen to my mom very well. Don't go here if you are unconventional in your medicine in any way. They have a tendency to bully you.

Great place. Clean and well designed office w/huge fish aquarium actually has little fish like Nemo and Dora. On a first time walk in with child they said it would be an hour and a half wait. Ended up only being 45 min. Staff and doctor McCoy were awesome and processional. They were also very good with my 4 yr old daughter and sympathetic to her dilemma

I've had great experiences taking my kids here. We love Dr. Ashby. She related very well to all my kids, toddler to tween, gave them a chance to ask questions, etc. They felt heard and important. She addressed all of my concerns as well. I think she's a fantastic pediatrician. The office has been easy to work with and has good scheduling availability.

This is the 4th office at Utah Valley Pediatrics we have taken our children to. We like Dr Ashby, she is so friendly, realistic, and down to Earth, my Children love her, and she always remembers who we are each time we come. Any concern you have she will address with the same amount of concern. The only reason why I give 4 stars is due to wait times, each visit it takes at least 20 minutes to get back into the room with another 20 minutes before getting to see the provider. I understand though that is because Dr Ashby is giving the same amount of attention and concern to each paitent, the other reason for 4 stars is that they have a sick side and well side, but the sick kids and well kids go back to the same rooms which I know other offices that keep the sick rooms and well rooms separate.

Dr. Jensen has been our pediatrician for 12 years, has taken care of our premmies from Utah valley NICU to their office on university parkway! He takes individual care of all of his patients, makes sure that as parents or guardians we understand what's going on, he has recommended many ways to aid our children besides than/ or to help with medicine. for this we are very grateful and feel like family!

The beautiful tropical fish tank with colorful happy fish had a very calming effect on the child. I am very grateful for everyone at Utah Valley Pediatrics.

I love the North Provo clinic office because they have split waiting rooms (one for healthy children and one for sick children). It was really a comfort for a first time parent who had to bring their 5 day old newborn in for a re-check. I LOVE Dr. Bradley Anderson! We are first-time parents and he is always making sure we understand what is happening. He is great at explaining things and always makes us the priority. He always wants to be refreshed on the information from past appointments so he is well-informed and not missing anything important. During appointments, he's not trying to multi-task while talking to us at the same time (unless he's taking notes on the conversation in her chart). He asks multiple times if we have additional questions. However, one time we had to see Dr. Lauret because Dr. Anderson wasn't in the clinic that day and he acted rushed and left the room before we could ask our questions. I give Dr. Anderson 5 stars and Dr. Lauret 2 stars.

We love Dr. Jensen and his medical assistant Carla. He has been taking care of our three boys for 2 1/2 years. Dr. Jensen and others have taken good care of them through asthma attacks, stitches in the forehead, and all sorts of other issues. The billing department did recently make a mistake in our bill, but they quickly fixed it when I called. The after hours and weekend care is really nice too.

I love Utah Valley Pediatrics! All of the doctors are kind and knowledgeable, and I have always been able to get my children in the same day when they are sick. They also provide 24/7 care, so I have been able to get my sick child in to a doctor, even on the weekend! Last spring my youngest contacted pneumonia and they got him admitted to the hospital immediately and even sent one of the medical assistants with me to the hospital to help juggle my child and the oxygen tank, even though they then had to send someone to pick her up!

Dr. Wynn was my childhood doctor and is now my baby boys doctor. He is amazing. He is always so kind and attentive. He is so great with my baby and with me as a first time mom -answering all my questions, reassuring me, and addressing all my concerns. We also like all the nurses, receptionists, and medical assistants that have helped us. I would recommend Utah valley pediatrics to anybody looking for a doctor in Utah county.

We love this clinic. I like how they have separate entries for well and sick children. They are also very responsive to our needs. We were able to call them late at night to consult about a fever. They taught us what to watch out for, how to help him and when to take him to the ER. This is such a big deal as a first time parents. When we were worried about our son we called and they were able to see him that day. I got a text a couple days later as a follow up for my son whether he was okay or we needed another call. We see Dr. Anderson and he is amazing! He takes his time in our appointments even though he has a packed schedule. He works well with my son even if he's grouchy. He is patient in teaching us parents what to look out for as our child continues to grow. He always answers all of our questions and is thorough in his explanations. We really couldn't ask for a more helpful staff. From the receptionist to the techs to the nurses to the doctor is all smooth, pleasant, and you can really feel they care for their patients.

Dr. McCoy has been great! He spent a significant amount of time talking through our questions about potential allergies and bringing up additional relevant information at my toddler’s annual check-up. He helped calm my son down (he usually is afraid of doctors) and even gave him a board book as a reward. Both of us as parents were extremely impressed!

I loved Jackie Romrell. She was wonderful and always very attentive to my concerns. I had a new baby under their care - saw a few doctors but only ever had bad experiences. The actual MD's were very disinterested and aloof. Jackie was wonderful and kept me coming back the whole time we lived in Provo! I did like that the office had separate waiting rooms for sick and well kids.

Dr Adams has been great- but the wait times get worse and worse. We waited in the back for an hour and a half total for about 10 minutes of collective Dr. time. My baby was wailing for a half hour because he couldn’t do anything in that room. I really don’t understand how an appointment only drs office can suddenly “get busy”. I rarely get frustrated but this boiled me.

He also respects that we are delayed vaccination, and with some of the other doctors I've had I really appreciate that.

Do not see Dr.Lui, she has terrible bedside manners. I took my 2 day old baby for a follow-up and asked her to look at my toddlers eye. It looked like she had gotten pink eye at the sitter while I was in the hospital and didn't want it to spread to my newborn. I even told her to bill me. She responded no, that she was already an hour behind and I needed to come back tomorrow or wait another hour+ for the walk in clinic. Yeah that's exactly what I can do having gone through labor less than 48 hrs before, when she could have taken 2 minutes to look. She probably doesn't have children since she has no empathy towards postpartum mom!

They even have a lactation specialist that is in house which was so helpful and reassuring. I was quite anxious our first visit being a first time mom but the staff and our pediatrician were so reassuring and sweet, I left feeling like I could do this.

Im not impressed. Everytime we go we see a different doctor. This last time my son needed an asthma check up, which we told them 3 times... They come in like "oh, it's a yearly checkup". Told them no... Only asthma then they left us in the room for another 15 minutes. We could hear them in the hallways laughing and talking about outside of work stuff. So annoying! Take care of you Patience! They Finally came back for a machine for my kid to blow into and they couldn't get it to work. Took my kid 5 times to "blow into the machine" until they said never mind don't worry about it. Then the nurse not the doctor came back and said ok, you're good to go! This place sucks. The doctor said she'd never used the machine before and to go ask someones else, (another staff member) what! Did not feel comfortable here. We are definitely taking our business to Dr matheson at the allergy and asthma clinic. We went there today and was in and out in 30 minutes! Bad customer service Utah valley pediatricians! I felt like a transaction rather than a customer.

I love UV Pediatrics! Dr. McCoy is our pediatrician, and he is friendly and helpful and great at helping the little ones feel comfortable during exams. We've also met with several other pediatricians at various UV Pediatrics locations during regular hours and for after hours/weekend visits, and we've had good experiences with all of them. Wait times are typically very short, and they provide separate well-child and sick-child waiting areas. (North University location.)

Love Doctor Jensen! He remembered us even after we moved away for a while. He goes above and beyond and makes sure you understand what’s going on. The only down side is the wait time but so worth it. I also love how the office has two entrances- one for sick children and another for well checks. It helps me feel better about my children’s safety

I am now switching pediatrician after 6 months of going there and I should have done it earlier. I have never had a good experience with this company. I've had several concerns, like any new mom would and each time I've had an appointment or called in my concern has never been meet. I've walked out of there twice completely terrified because of how they've reacted to something going on with my baby. In which both cases it was nothing yet they worried me because of the way the doctors talked to me about it. Something that really was not a big deal seem like a life threatening thing from the way they talked. Horrible experience. I have had to wait for over an hour for every appointment unto we finally see a doctor and when I needed to change my last appointment my doctors next available opening was in 4 weeks. I would not recommend this place, look for somewhere else.

I love Utah Valley Pediatrics! I have been searching for a good doctor for a while and finally found them! They listen and I never feel rushed. I feel like Dr Ashby really cares about the well being of my children and wants the best for them. She's very knowledgeable and gives us great resources to help our kids. I am always able to get an appointment and I don't usually wait long at all. They also follow up and make sure everything is going okay. And they are available 24/7 which is awesome!

Utah valley Peds is the best!! We love Dr. Adams, but when he’s unavailable we’ve seen others and liked them a lot too. I love that you can always get in the same day when you have a sick child and another awesome thing is that sometimes I call in with questions for a nurse and they are ALWAYS available to talk to you and answer questions. At other offices they’ve never let me talk to a nurse and made me make appts even though they might not have been necessary. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

We have had a decent experience with UVP-Provo, but after chronic ear infections with our toddler we felt we weren't being heard, even as our frustration grew over the constant doctor's appointments, missing work, sleepless nights, not to mention our son's misery. We saw a different doctor/NP every time (and never once our doctor, Dr. Anderson, in the three-month period) and every time they brushed us off as being paranoid, over-protective parents and would keep prescribing the same antibiotics he had just failed. It was a frustrating, expensive, and miserable experience, ending with us finally getting referred to an ENT specialist who was horrified when he checked our son's ears because of the buildup of fluid. He even failed the hearing test, poor boy. We still had to get him tubes and his adenoids removed, which was more work missed and money spent on a solution. We are looking to switch to a new office. We might even still stick with UVP, but the Provo office is too busy for any personal care, and that is something we really missed when it mattered most.

We have loved going here for the past 9 months for our baby! We see Dr. Adams and he is kind, quick, and trusting. I do make the most of my time by being prepared with any questions I have before I get there and he has always answered and given great advice. He tells us about studies he has read recently that might help us and give advice for what he did for his own kids when they were little. I have just come to expect a 10-15 minute wait for every kind of Dr. office I visit in Provo, so that has't ever been a bother to me. I'll wait an hour to see Dr. Adams!

I have utilized the after hours clinics several times and am always grateful that there is always someone available. However, I love the north University office more than the others. I had a horrible experience there just yesterday with my daughter, Ruth Caldwell was her so called "doctor" she was very rude and did nothing for my daughter ...we have debated just taking her to the hospital because there we would actually have a good doctor .she was awful and wouldn't recommend her to anyone! I will also never be bringing my child to that office agian we had to sit there and wait while the receptionist got off the phone with her own personal issues and then still she helped the people who came in after us !! was not happy with this place at all . she also told me to give my dehydrated child soda and said she was not concerned about her!

Dr Adams is a great Pediatrician and I would highly recommend him. He takes the necessary time to care for my boys and his skill has helped them to heal. He may be late for appointment times because of this; however, he is worth the wait time.

Love that there are some weekend shifts and after hours contacts. We have never had any problems, everyone in the office has been very nice and accomodating. We have had Dr. Jensen as our pediatrician since our child was born, and haven't any issues or complaints for him thus far. Our questions are always answered and we value and respect the opinions of the staff here. It is a busy place, but I've never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much time. We have felt that way at our OBGYN that is not affiliated with this practice, so we do know what that feels like. We had a moment when our baby developed a strange condition and I called and spoke with a nurse and they got back to me right away about what actions to take and to bring the baby in if there were any problems. A friend of ours who is a nurse, recommended the place, we've loved it.

I Love Utah Valley Pediatrics. We initially only went here because they had the first availability open for our 3 month olds check up and we had just lived in from out of state and didn’t have any doctors. We had done a lot of research on which pediatricians we wanted to go for and none of them had avialbitly Ro see our child for months out so we decided to go to UVP in the meantime to get her checkup out of the way and then go with another doctor/ office that was top on our list but we loved our doctor (Dr. Jensen) and his nurse (Karla) so much that we stayed and have been going here for the last year and a half. I love their after hours clinic and times that we’ve had to come in without an appt, our nurse is good about snagging ya up and fitting us in when they see us on the list. Dr. Jensen is really nice, observative, and kind. He doesn’t push and is good at explaining procedures and questions about vaccinations and such. And Karla is the only person that’s ever been able to give our daughter a shot without her noticing. We love UVP in Provo. They are excellent! Highly recommend!

When I went to the doctors office it was for my sons 5 year old checkup. The doctor sat and talked with me about his nervousness to start school; informative in a way that’s not condescending. Once we started wrapping things up, she noticed him scratching at some sores on his face. I thought it was nothing but she saw it as strep. She swabbed my sons mouth and confirmed it. We almost missed it. He would have gone in to kindergarten without knowing he had strep to share with everyone! Who gets the gold star?!?

I do like the doctors here. However I have a hard time with the waiting time. We get back in the office quickly and the nurse does her stuff fast, but we wait forever for the doctor. I have 3 kids, 5, 3 and 18 months, we will be in the back room at least 1 hour before we are see by the doctor. It's hard to keep the kids patient waiting that long, and when the doctor comes in, he's only in there for a few minute. I don't know why a well check is a 2 hour appointment. It should be 30 minutes. I have switch doctors in the office in hopes of cutting the time down, and that hasn't helped. I am thinking of going else where to find an office that makes me feel like my time is important too. I went in recently and told then I had to be gone in 45 min for another appointment and they didn't care, and kept me waiting. I have learned not to schedule anything on days of their appointment. With another baby on the way, the idea of sitting in the small back rooms with 4 small children, makes me reconsider coming here. I wish they would not over book themselves so we don't all suffer. The doctors knowledge is wonderful and they are great with my kids, but it's just so long.

I was taking my son to Utah Valley pediatrics for 2 yrs, Dr Adams had performed his circumcision, it was an "incomplete circumcision". I brought up my concern for it at every appointment and 3 different doctors at this practice just kept saying it would "fix itself". I took him in for a second opinion to a Dr at Grandview family medicine and he immediately told me it would never fix itself and needed to be redone. My son went through so much pain all because Dr Adams didn't want to own up to his mistake and fix it. I wouldn't trust this practice ever again, it's obvious the doctors are willing to lie to patients to protect each other.

First off, let me say that I really love Dr. Aaron McCoy. He is fairly new to the University Ave office. I searched for 2 years for a Pediatrician that I could trust and would respect my concerns as a mother. He is kind, conservative in his approaches and very knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed or that I was just a dumb, overly concerned mom. He takes his time and has helped alleviate issues and illnesses that other people have blown off. I highly recommend him. The company as a whole is not my favorite. Some of the receptionists and MAs are not very friendly or courteous, but that happens everywhere. We used to go to the Cherry Tree office and there wasn't even one doctor that I liked, they were awful. I've never had billing issues and they are very on the ball with reminders in the mail and phone calls for scheduling.

Nurse Practitioner, Ruth Caldwell, is the best pediatrician that I've had. When my 4 month old daughter had RSV, which can be as simple as a cough in some babies, and life-threatening to others. Ruth tested her and gave me thorough, educated information, as well as resources and information such as: a nebulizer, suction clinic in the hospital, when to use the emergency room vs pediatrician, and she gave me her personal number. On top of all of this, that evening I had to give my daughter treatments every four hours (even into the night), Ruth texted and called me throughout the night (we're talking 2:00am) to see how my sweet baby girl was doing. She followed-up several times because in her own words she was worried about her progress. I will never go to anyone else as long as I live here. Ruth gets 5 stars. The office always has polite and helpful receptionists who are knowledgeable and polite. Nurses remember my children's names, are helpful, and are quick with the shots and procedures. In the office there is an aquarium, tabletop toys, and movies playing in the waiting area; in addition, the sick and healthy areas are separated. My only complaint, is that whenever I call for help during afterhours, the nurses are the ones who answer questions, and I have not found that their feedback is equal to that of a doctor or nurse practitioner (which is probably to be expected). I usually have to actually bring the kids in to get the best information. Perhaps that is just the nature of illness, but I have a hard time coming in for every cough. Overall, I like this office and will continue coming!

I've always had a positive experience here. Our doctor is Dr. McCoy and he is great with our kids. Very knowledgeable and patient. We have a kid who had some health issues at birth and we received excellent care and attention while we were learning how to cope with his condition. I also appreciate they are more than willing to provide ASL interpretation for us while other healthcare practices typically give us a hard time. There was one time they failed to get an interpreter but they immediately made the situation right and even gave us a gift card. Professional receptionists, nurses, assistants, great staff all around. Will keep coming here as long as I can for my kids.

Dr Brett Davis was seeing my son for standard immunizations (Tdap, Menactra) for school. After a long conversation with my wife regarding the unnecessary HPV vaccine my wife DID NOT Consent to the HPV vaccine. The nurse came in and administered the HPV vaccine against our parental consent per Dr Davis''s orders while my wife was busy with paper work. Feeling extremely violated we complained. Dr. Davis called us back and apologized admitted to blarently violating our rights and said he would send us a gift card. This is EXTREMELY dishonest medical practice. Kickbacks from drug conpanies at any cost apparently. Not a trustworthy doctor!!!!

We saw Dr. Adams a few weeks ago while my son was experiencing chronic stomach pain from what I thought was a flare up of current medical conditions. Even with limited history at this first visit as a new patient, he was able to assess everything and diagnose my son quickly sending us to ultrasound where appendicitis was confirmed and treated in a timely manner. Over the years I think I have seen everyone that works here. All are amazing and so incredibly kind! It seems like everyone is willing to go out of their way to help you. I also feel like appointments are thorough and the doctors/ pAs/nurse practitioners do such a good job! I also have to mention the nurses and staff upfront. I have no affiliation with this office other than being a patient. But truly everyone is so great! Not only that, but they are fast. I hate doctors offices where you have to wait forever. They have always seen my babies promptly whenever I've had a concern and never made me feel embarrassed to call about questions I thought were stupid. Dr. Jensen is amazing with babies and tactfully addresses everything I ask. The medical assistants go above and beyond to make doctor visits a positive experience for impressionable kids. And the receptionists often help me carry the car seats back to my car. I've only had one long waiting time, but I think it's worth knowing that the staff is giving everyone the time and attention they need.

I have been so pleased with Brett Davis. He's my son's Dr and I'll never switch. This is my last baby as I've chosen to do things differently with this baby. He's extremely non judgemental and supports my decisions as respects them. I have a 12 year old that had autism so I'm very afraid to get the MMR shot before my baby is 3 and he is so respectful about it and understands my concerns. Every to be my child had been suck he had shown genuine concern as even called to check himself how he's doing. He's always professional, but very personal and talks to you as a friend rather than a patient. He addresses the patient as well, which i think is SO important no matter what the age. He'll talk to your baby and tell him or her what he's doing and interact with them. Same with an older child. He'll address them and acknowledge them as a person. Which is so neat to see. I wish all Dr's were this way. I've been so pleased with Utah valley pediactrics I general, but Brett is just wonderful for my kids and for a concerned parent.
