We see a lot of patients do they do not need to wait several months to get an appointment. The other neruologists in town were booked for 6 months! Very kind and fun to talk to. Would highly recommend.

Always had to wait at least 45 minutes past my appt. time. The receptionist was a really nice gal but the rest of the staff treat you like you are waisting their time. Misdiagnosed my neuropathy. Said I had M.S. and needed monthly treatments that cost $18000 dollars EACH. Would not send a referral to another dr. so I could get another opinion.

I was also misdiagnosed with MS here. I also couldn't get my reports sent to another doctor. The nurse there at the time couldn't even start an IV and I have easy veins to access no one has an issue drawing blood or starting an IV. Sure the dr is nice and can get you in fast but read other reviews he diagnoses everyone with MS and treats with IVs in office filling hos pockets I bet if they were investigated there would be some sort of medical fraud found. There is a reason it takes 6 months to get in the other office and a week to get in here

Very knowledgable and listens. Dr. Santiago, unlike many in his profession, took the time to ask meaningful questions and wait for answers. I haven't had to wait long for appointments and obtained tests and results the same day. I would recommend Dr. Santiago to anyone in need of a neurologist.

Very big pain in the butt! Didn't explain things well and acted like he was to busy too talk to me. Then I have repeatedly asked for my medical and MRI reports and WILL not give to me. He dropped me as a patient because I didn't have insurance at the time but i was willing to make payments too them. He complained more about what he had to pay his nurse's and the government then anything. I really need my MRI results but can't get them from him. The lady at the front desk ( his wife) was so rude and acted like she was good!! I do not recommend them ever!!
