Had to talk to the on call Dr. over a holiday weekend and he completely blew us off. We have a one year old who had what we thought was pink eye (I’m not a Dr and I can’t diagnose that). Dr acted like we were totally an inconvenience and told us to just watch it because he’s one and can’t tell us if it hurts he asked no questions about symptoms or anything. I wasn’t aware you could diagnose a patient over the phone and just assume they’ll get better without actually seeing them!! We now have a one year old with both eyes infected badly with pink eye and double ear infections. Would of been nice of him to take 10 minutes to check our son on his busy weekend instead of blowing us off and treating us like he could care less. Will NEVER be taking my children here again.

Emergency room could not handle a minor mashed finger. Insisted I be sent by ambulance to Jackson. Drove there where it was handled in twenty minutes. If this is beyond them, what can they do?

I didn’t get past the phone call with the receptionist. Wow, was she rude. They couldn’t get me in to see a doctor for another 12 days so I told her I needed to look somewhere else for something sooner and she just scoffed at me and said “okay?” And was silent until I hung up. What is wrong with people sometimes? A little kindness goes a long way, to say nothing of customer service.

Called in for a walk in appointment and explained that I could not breathe. I asked to see a doctor to get an inhaler. I was transferred to a nurse and she asked me what I needed. I had to explain once again I couldnt breath and was from out of town. The nurse told me to call my own doctor first before before she would give me an appointment. I explained it would be much quicker to get an exam and inhaler locally. I was basically refused service. What kind of people turn someone away that can't breathe.

Let's go ahead an insist on all natural treatment instead of medicine and piss everyone off and not treat them at all what's the point In having these joke of a doctors up here if they dont do anything? They are a joke and a bad one at that! Go somewhere else seriously you'll be better off they suck ass here and are rude and ignorant

Outstanding after hours service by Dr. Burton and Nurse Molly! They both had to be exhausted after a long day of work but treated us as if we were the first patients they had seen all day! Extremely professional care!

If I could rate the Pinedale Medical Clinic in negative stars I most definitely would. Half of the doctors are good, but a few of them should not be doctors to begin with. Rude, inattentive, and just out to charge an arm and a leg. When I had an acute ear infection they sent me home telling me that I had bronchitis and just needed to drink hot tea and rest. Two days later I couldn't stand the pain, and had to return. I requested a different doctor who diagnosed me within 45 seconds, and prescribed the antibiotics I needed.
