Great clinic. They have always been able to see my daughter same day when needed. They don't keep you waiting and you always see either Mr or Mrs. Koduri, both of whom are very nice and listen to all your concerns. All the nurses and staff have been great as well.

Fix your billing! It’s one of the worst I have had to deal with. They don’t call back, try and make you feel like your the moron, and make mistakes in the hundreds of dollars range. Just cancel our appointment in January. K. Thx. Bye.

Called because another pediatric place in town couldn’t get us in. This place got my child in as a new patient same day. Very impressed. I’m sure this will be our new go-to clinic.

Very pleased! Needed a second opinion after a horrible visit from express care, they easily got my daughter in same day, was so active with my daughter showed her much attention, answered all of my concerns, and was very friendly. The place was very clean and neat, glad to say I finally found a place for my daughter to go to regularly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY HERE!!! Took my son for his 12 month wellness and vaccinations. Which was a huge mistake!!!! They didn’t t even give him the right shots, I found out later when I took him for his 15 month check up, to another doctor. They are never open and you can’t even get all the records from checkups. For some reason they didn’t file his height, weight, etc!

Update: still using them. They have a biller they use and they can be months off for billing. They are working with us and our insurance. Very helpful and reacheduling since we are out in the country and things come up. So been to way too many doctors nps DO's even and hospitals. From Denver to loveland to Fort Collins and cheyenne. My mom being a physician herself. My child was sick and her last wellness apt was less than. Half of my concerns went with basic answers I could find on the internet. In and out like a quota to meet that day. I was able to get a nurse visit when they weren't in. Also they actually call on their cell to follow up. Also call the next day to see if ok and get update. Very nice office. New also. Nice toys as well. Exceptional service. First time I have seen a stethoscope go over her throats when sick. Exceptional skill level. I found my new doctors and will have no issue driving over an hour to them. Going to stay here as long as they practice.

I took my son their yesterday night really is a good place to take your kids. everyone was very nice and for a parent the stress that knowing your baby sick and you don't Know how to help can be really heavy so having a place that focus on children helps

I prefer this clinic hands down to any in Cheyenne. Doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable. Any concern I've had with my kids has always been met with serious concern. Really listen to and meet our needs. Definitely taking my whole family here.

I called as a new patient for my son who was sick. No one ese could see him and they fit him in. The Dr (female) can't remember her name was soooo thorough checking him. She took her time asked my concerns and if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend and come back to! Edit: I’ve never met any doctors who make their patients feel like family. They treat and care for their patients like their own children. They are so accessible and are simply amazing family practice. They don’t treat patients like another number to get through. They actually take time to answer and listen to your questions. Definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Jessi is about the only good asset! First....when I obtained the notes from one of my kiddos initial visit...Mrs Koduri had so much incorrect information on my kiddos chart that it was unreal....I didn't want to deal with it as she is more difficult to understand than the Mr. so I didn't get it corrected. I went in another time that the docs had their daughter roaming free all over the place...in the way, making noise, obnoxious! Not professional! The Mrs was to call Denver for a referral...and was I told to wait for Jessi to come back in. 30 minutes later, we walked out after no one came back in. We had been there over an hour and nothing was accomplished! Another visit, with the Mr Koduri....son had significant rashes to hands and feet...I told Dr Koduri I had just seen a post that influenza was hitting as a rash this year. He said he thought it was strep so wanted to test for strep. After asking twice to test influenza he did test for influenza...which was POSITIVE! Strep of course was negative More recently...Took son in for EXTREME lethargy, unable to stay awake. After being checked in, my son had to see two student docs, which took FOREVER! The finally saw Mr Koduri for a brief time. I had informed Mr. Koduri, that my son had a low vitamin D once before, and these symptoms are similar but WAY worse!!! Doc proceeded to make me feel like he thought it was depression, psych issues and was to make referral for Denver. I asked him if we could PLS check his vit D to see if it's not something simple. He finally was agreeable. So i took my son to get labs. Waited and waited for results.....nothing. Called the lab only to find out doc had ordered the wrong test and it would be several days before that result would come in AND it wasn't right test so wouldn't have helped. By the next day, I couldn't get my son to wake up!!! We ended up in ER, only to find out that his vit D was CRITICALLY low! ER temporarily made things better. I called Mr K only to get the blame put on me! Blamed me for knowing about a previous low vit D and should have made my son (who is a teen, noncompliant, hates pills, and doesn't listen to mom) take his pills. I told doc that I need a doctor to tell him....He is a teen and teens need more than just a parent telling them. When talking to him about him ordering the wrong lab, no apology given! His lecture went on about how he sees kids for free because parents can't afford it. Um, what does that havta do with him not doing his job! My first thought was, id rather pay for a doc that is going to keep my kiddos healthy and alive, than to have a free doc that is going to end up with me taking my child to an ER with an even BIGGER bill. Mr Koduri told me to find a different doc because obviously I don't trust him (on the nose with that one) but what am I to do in the mean time? So he told me how much Vit D my son should take and he would order a follow-up lab to give me time to find a new doc. The day came to to the follow-up lab,we were at the lab but Mr Koduri did not send the order to the lab. I called the office and Mrs Koduri answered the phone. I explained to her the situation and specifically told her to order the correct lab as this was a problem last time. And then we waited at the lab for the order. When the order came...WRONG LAB ORDERED AGAIN! I called the office and talked to Jessi and again explained my frustration. Jessi said she would get it taken care of...and she did! So we had the lab drawn and no call from clinic. I had to look up results myself. Then off to find a new doc. Conveniently, I shortly after received a bill from Dell Range Pediatrics....I have good insurance and pay my co-pay every time. My insurance covers doctor visits completely, except co-pay amount. So y do I now have a bill? I've been going to this office for over a year and this is first time I've gotten a bill...so will be calling insurance because I think it's retaliation for telling then they are not good doctors! Please, if you care about your kiddos, don't take them to Dell Range Pediatrics!

On our way to go camping (from Denver) for the Memorial Holiday our 3 yo was showing signs of a bad ear infection. In an effort to avoid an adult urgent care facility, we reached out to this clinic. Despite the last minute request and ‘ill’ timing (they were minutes from closing), the staff took us in to take a look. The facilities were clean, the staff was professional and courteous, and Dr. Vijaya M Koduri was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Although we probably won’t commute 3 hours for future visits, I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you very much for putting the patient first. As a small business owner myself, I recognize that this is what truely differentiates one practice from another and sets a high standard for other businesses to follow.
