Very happy I chose to see Dr. Nathan Steele in Cheyenne. Even though it was and hour and a half drive, it was well worth it. I needed an implant and it was quick and very nearly painless! No general anesthesia necessary for me, just local and took only a few minutes. GREAT experience. Highly recommend!

My 9 year old son needed an extra front tooth extracted. We saw Dr. Chad Petersen for this and he was incredible! The staff and Dr. Petersen were very friendly, and very patient with my child. I was impressed with our overall experience. We will definitely be back if the need arises!

Dr. Steele is a compassionate, knowledgeable and skillful surgeon. He thoroughly explained all the procedures and answered all my questions in detail beforehand. In preparation for setting three tooth implants, Dr. Steele performed two sinus lifts and three bone grafts at one office visit. This was followed by setting the three implants at a second office visit. During all the procedures, I experienced minimal pain or discomfort!! In fact, after the three tooth implants were set at the second visit, I was very surprised that I experienced almost no pain or swelling and was able to return to work immediately without ever having to use the prescribed pain medication!!! I attribute this in no small measure to Dr. Steele's skill and proficiency as an oral surgeon. The office staff is pleasant and professional and were especially helpfull in accomodating my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Steele and Cheyenne OMS for anyone needing oral or maxillofacial surgery. Bravo and thank you Dr. Steele!!!

They do their best to convenience their clients: i drove from Douglas today for a consult & Dr Peterson did the xrays as well deciding to do a painless tooth extraction on the spot. The environment is both comfortable and professional from their office staff, to their assistants, to their surgeons everyone employeed there does their best to provide a delightful experience, definitely well educated and will tell you exactly what they see and how they can fix it as well as what to expect afterwards. I highly recommend this place.

At age 47 I had failing teeth from years of smoking and lack of regular dental care. I decided to have my teeth extracted and wear dentures. After about 6 months of trying to get used to the dentures I gave up on them, they gagged me, and food easily went under them causing significant discomfort. Dr. Steele listened to my case and educated me about solutions for Full Dental Implants. The office is equipped with state of the art imaging equipment, is modern and very clean. Dr. Steele and his staff are so very good at making the patient feel comfortable and important and they always wear their smiles to work. I had Full Dental Implant surgery in late June 2017, the surgery went perfectly and recovery was such that I never missed a day a work. The best part of all, my new teeth look amazing! The people at Cheyenne Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, LLC and Nathan Steele, DDS, MD are true professionals and amazing at all things they do. Thank God I found them! I am now revising my original review. We decided to be seen at the Cheyenne office and it was night and day difference to what our first visit was like in the Laramie office. Dr. Peterson removed my daughter's wisdom teeth and we had a great experience. He even met us at the office on Sunday evening because my daughter was having some pain. You can definitely tell that he cares about his patients.

Dr. Steele and his staff were very professional and personable, I had a very badly broken bottom wisdom tooth that had been a source of severe pain for several years, at the consultation Dr. Steele eased my anxiety about having the tooth removed, and on surgery day they had me in and out with no complications, and the icing on the cake was that I had 0 pain in the hours/days after the procedure. I will definitely return for any future dental work that I need to have done, and will absolutely recommend my friends and family to Dr. Steele.

I had two teeth pulled and then a year later I had both jaws broken and repositioned to fix a severe underbite (all as part of overall orthodontic treatment). Dr. Steele did a fantastic job with both procedures. He took time to make sure all of my questions were answered and helped me with issues like insurance and FMLA paperwork. On the day of my jaw surgery, Dr. Steele showed up and made sure I was okay and understood what was going on before surgery and kept my family updated when he finished. Post op care has been great, Steele has kept a close eye on my healing and has helped me through the process. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. All in all, I had a lot of work done on my bite and I couldn't imagine anyone else doing a better job. I am happy with how I've been treated and how the procedures turned out. A+ I would absolutely recommend Dr. Steele to anyone needing significant dental or maxillofacial work done.

Reception desk could work on their customer service to be honest. However, The oral surgeon did great on my wisdom teeth extractions, and was very quick. The assistant was very kind which was fun & they let me listen to my music during the procedure. They also call to check on you afterwards, so I’m glad to give 5 stars.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here over a year ago and then recently Dr Steele and Dr Peterson performed double jaw surgery on me. The staff is very helpful and nice and Dr Steele is amazing at what he does. I would not have wanted anyone else to do that type of surgery on me. Dr Steele always completely answered any questions I had. He went over every detail before surgery very well which made me feel comfortable. Also Before surgery I had no doubt in my mind that he was going to do his absolute best to make it turn out the way I wanted it to... and I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place to someone needing any type of oral surgery.

There was some confusion when it came to scheduling appointments but Dr Peterson and staff were so great it doesn't affect my stars. They were caring, precise and answered all of my questions! Dr. Steele did a great job in preparing her for the procedure, informing us what would be done and recovery issues. Drs. Steele and Gus performed the surgery and did a great job. Dr. Peterson removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth without me being put under. Literally took him 20 min to pull them and i was out the door!! Couldn't be happier with how surgery went, he was professional and assuring. However was very costly even without being put under and I was charged the "estimate" up front, before surgery took place.
