Brought my kids in for an annual checkup. They miscoded it when billing insurance and I wound up with a bill. I called their billing department and they said they would call me back to get it corrected. They never called me back and sent me to collections. Really? Get some efficiency in your office so I don’t have to waste my time with umpteen phone calls over your mistake! Would not return. Makes me wonder if they misbill on purpose to collect additional money because lot of people wouldn’t verify...

I love the clinic and our doctor, but your phone lines are a joke. I have tried calling numerous times and continue getting sent in an automated circle, press 4, sorry we are scheduling other people, ring ring please press 4 . I just want to leave a message for the nurse! Why can I not just have that option. This is how it is everytime I call not just one time. Cant their be a more efficient way to handle thing. Especially since you have patients who love coming. But jeeze for real! FIX THE PHONES

My son was in the middle of a medication trial and error I being a single mother of four that works a full time job missed 2 appointments. I also called ahead each time to let them know I couldn’t make it. They have refused to see my son for any kind of check up. They also did not warn me and say if you don’t come we will refuse to see your child. I wouldn’t be so upset if he wasn’t in the middle of taking Ritalin. I’d much rather pay a fee then to be dropped in the middle of trying to find help for my son.

Reason for one star is Dr. Schiel. If I was rating Dr. Rose it would be a five star review. Dr. Schiel has horrible bedside manner.

We Love CCC. We never have had a problem with getting in the same day. It seems like there is always a doctor available. The clinic doctors relate patient information among themselves well. I love the multi doctor system... Thanks CCC.

I absolutely adore all the physicians and nursing staff. We’ve always had a great experience however the front desk staff at the House location do not make you feel welcome and come across extremely nasty in most visits. I cannot recommend going to the Laramie street location enough for this reason. It’s a shame to avoid a location when the rest of the staff is phenomenal. If they could have the front staff from Laramie St. working both locations they’d be set!

After review of the board of the pediatric physicians they will be adopting the three doctor synopsis that will consist of three independent doctors doing individual diagnosis to ensure are cancer patients aren't misdiagnosed if doctor a report of the diagnosis does not match up with dr. B it will conclude to the doctor see you to do his own analogy and take it to the fourth Party 4 review of appropriate procedures to follow to ensure the best scenarios to prevent misdiagnosis for our younger patient for the best possible chance for survival in the education rule. Thank you for your continued support throughout the years I will be having the members of your doctor review board to receive an extra $10,000 for every Medical Professional that works there including the custodians and local faculty.
