I was in Green River working from out of town. I got strep throat. This was the nearest place. The visit was fine. It took them 40 min for a strep test. That seemed a bit excessive from past experiences. I went and they gave me the bill $145 cash pay. I paid in full. Then a couple of week later I get a bill saying I still owe them 227.25. I call them thinking there must be a mistake. They so no. The office visit is 191 and the strep test is 181.25. Knowing that I pay 95 for a visit at my doctor and 35 for a strep test. I tell them there is no way I am paying that amount specially when they told me it was 145 and I paid in full. They tell me that is what I owe. So I get off the phone and makes some calls. Most new patient visits in the area are around 125 for the visit and 35 for the strep test. So now I have to figure out what I need to do to fight this crazy bill they want to charge me. Waist of my time. Criminals and thieves.

I am a nurse at this facility and am also a patient here. I can truly say they care about their employees just as much as they care about their patients. The administration, providers, nurses and staff take care of their patients just as they do their own family members.

I have been a patient here for years. I rarely see the same Dr because I always go on short notice. One way or another they get me in. PA Joel Robertson has been extremely helpful explaining recent spine conditions to me. And my favorite nurse is Ms Teena! She is the sweetest lady you could meet, and she has taken the time to call me three times since my last visit. WOW! Thankful to have a great clinic in Green River - ---Update: Nurse Teena just called me again, to confirm that she has handled all of my lab work...and sent it to my surgeon! Dr. Kris Sherwin is great too. Once again, thankful for this Clinic and what they are doing for our community

I have had good experiences at Castle Rock Medical Center. They have some great Doctor's now and a great pediatric doctor. I am at there facility weekly and have seen many good things. When there is an emergency even the Doctor's will run out to help a person in a car. I have been going to castle rock for 33 years and wouldn't change my business. Thank you Castle Rock and Thank you for making sure you get us the best.
