A bait and switch operation (no pun intended) going on here. Apparently, Prevea provides very little in the way of actual medical services in Ladysmith. Any care that is needed, a "referral" is given to a physician in Eau Claire. While the physician will meet with you in Ladysmith, you need to drive to his or her office in Eau Claire for the simplest of care. Might as well just schedule an appointment with the best in EC and skip the Prevea middleman.

Had labs done and no one got back to me. Dr. seemed like he could care less about my situation. I've been up for 5 days without any sleep and cannot get any help. I'm beyond frustrated. It's obviously only about the money. But they'll get back to me on Monday. That will be going on 8 days with no sleep. Hope I make it. Convenient for Prevea, not so much for the patient but they reap the financial gain. That's what it's all about. $$$$$$

Got charged $489 to have a wart removed. And it didn't even work! They code everything to scam you out of the most money possible. Gave them a few chances but will never return. And you can bet I am not paying that bill. My girlfriend has had 3 warts removed at the clinic and has never been charged. Why am I being charged so much money? Crooks.
